This company is great! They have efficient, helpful employees. We've had to call them out twice over several years and they fix the problem quickly, explaining the problem as they go. They also charge a fair rate! I appreciate that!

Came out, found the problem, and had it fixed the same day. I asked for a quote on my ducts, but haven't heard back, but otherwise they did a great job!

Very happy with the installation. Great people. I think they need to be available on weekends. I had an issue, but I was able to fix it myself. During the summer in Houston, even a few hours without A/C can be pretty uncomfortable.

Two AC,s went out at the same time, maybe caused by a power surge. One came back on in about 3 hours but the other didn't. I called Bryan at Chimney Rock Heating and AC at 4:35 in the afternoon and explained my situation. He said he would have someone there between 8:00 and 8:15 the next morning. Matt called about 7:45 saying he was on him way. He arrived 15 minutes later. Suspicion of power surge was affirmed when he found a circuit board damaged. He left and returned with the part, replaced it, then did the semiannual wellness check on all units. Great service at very reasonable price!

I moved to the Bellaire area recently. My AC started blowing hot air on Sunday. I looked through Goggle MAPS on Monday and found “Chimney Rock Service” and noticed the good reviews. Well I tried them. I called them in the AM on Monday and they came by in the PM. They called me at work before they came by. No "we will be there before noon or afternoon sometime" waiting. I gave the technician the scoop on the AC, he went outside and quickly discovered that the capacitor went out. A few minutes and a reasonable cost later and I was in AC again. He showed me the capacitor and the damage. “Chimney Rock Service” is in my "Book of Lifelines" list.
