Wow! I can’t say enough about this amazing company. It’s rare to find a company that is both professional and kind. A family-owned business with salt-of-the-earth values. They go beyond and above to make sure the customer is happy and informed. If you want reliable, reasonable, and responsible AC experts, look no further. A shoutout to Jeff and Joe for coming to the rescue when AC unit had a leak. They found and remedied the issue professionally and quickly.

Called several companies. Hector with Air Serv called very quickly. He sent Miguel after hours to look at my 20 year old AC unit. Miguel got it up and running in less than an hour. Great service. Will be using them for my new AC system.

First time called in Aire Serv for my AC’s draining issue and found them very professional and knowledgeable. I must say that my tech ,Norman was very nice and did a great job on my project. I sure will pass the word and will highly recommend them to others. 5 Star.

We had been using another AC company. Our coil was leaking and we were left in the heat. The coil was still under warranty however it was on backorder. Our choice was either wait, possibly months, or pay out of pocket. The first AC company quoted us a ridiculous price.

Aire Serv is new to our neighborhood and we decided to get a 2nd opinion. Evander, our tech, was friendly, thorough and incredibly informative. We appreciated that he explained everything, made recommendations, but didn't try to push us. The owner, Hector, understood the dilemma we were in and worked with us on a reasonable price.
We will only be using them in the future and so appreciate their helpfulness.

Amazing custom service, impeccable timeliness, considerate employees who were able to effectively communicate to me what the issues were as they found them and what my options were to fix it - all while I was away at work too! These guys came to my rescue when my ac broke Sunday afternoon and delivered amazing quick results with true honest work that I was so grateful to find still exists today. :) The owner was so sweet and helpful (in person and initially over the phone!) and was able to send over a technician to fix our problem in no time - and while we waited he brought over a temporary unit so we wouldn’t die in our sweltering house haha The technicians were very honest with both their work and their findings, and the bill was so much less than I could have ever imagined it would be haha SUCH A GREAT BUSINESS and will definitely be using them again!

Our technician Ed Romero came to perform HVAC maintenance and AC repair for us. He was very professional, took lots of pictures to help easily explain issues he discovered with our system, and genuinely gave his expert opinion on the path forward with repairs (no salesman pitch, just stated facts and our options). Would highly recommend!

Robert did a great job identifying the issue with our A/C unit and fixing it quickly! He was super kind and would definitely reach back out to him for any issues we have in the future!!

By far the best HVAC company I have ever used. Unparalleled availability, on time, and professional technicians. All of my experiences have been incredibly “no hassle.” I’m very happy with AirServ River Oaks and specifically their technicians Miguel and Evander. My latest technician, Billy came through and did my spring check up and was great as well!

I called Air Serv to have my system replaced. They were prompt, professional and had good prices. Miguel and Christopher were both knowledgeable of their trade. The new AC is working like a champ. I have since signed up for their yearly maintenance program and have a 12 year warranty on the new system!

This is a great Company - very courteous and very professional from the owner to the receptionist and down to the technician. I am very pleased with their quality, responsiveness, knowledge and prices. They measured the total air flow of my HVAC from all the ceiling vents throughout my house and determined that my system was performing optimally. Plus they measured the air quality in my house and performed seasonal maintenance, including thououghly cleaning the blower in the attic, the evaporator coils, the outside condenser coils and checked my freon pressures. They also replace the UV light in the plenum and installed a new water sensor on the evaporator drain line. I highly recommend them.

A bird broke into my stove vent and damaged the vent cover. Even though this wasn’t strictly an HVAC issue, Miguel and Christopher from Aire Serv of River Oaks were able to come out quickly and repair the vent for a reasonable price. From the time of my initial call to completion of the repair was only about an hour and a half - a very fast turnaround, especially considering other companies I called were not available until the following week. Miguel was my main point of contact — he was friendly and courteous, and was in frequent communication to let me know when he was arriving. (He even sent a text with a photo of himself to let me know who to expect!) The use of shoe booties inside the house was a nice touch. I plan to use Aire Serv of River Oaks for any future HVAC or vent related issues I may have in the future.

Hector did a fantastic job walking me through the process of what work was going to be done and what they would be looking for. When Miguel showed up he was very professional and thorough. They worked efficiently and methodically to figure out the root cause of our issue. It was corrected quickly and they communicated thoroughly along the way! Highly recommend!!

This was my first time using this company for their services and I'm so glad that I did. Appointment scheduling was fast and easy and Evander did an excellent job with my ac maintenance. Even though he had to return the next day to resolve an issue, he was always friendly and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I look forward to working with aire serve again for anything else I may need help with in the future.

Edgar and Tony came out and they gave us a second opinion on some work that needed done. They not only showed me what the issues were but educated me on them so I had a better understanding of what I need to do as a homeowner to self care my system. They also now have me on a maintenance plan so that we can keep things running smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

Aire Serv of River Oaks was amazing! Hector, Tony, Miguel, and Chris took such good care of us. They returned our call with concerns about our old HVAC unit after 10pm and helped us trouble shoot a system that ended up needing to be replaced. They were all extremely professional, trustworthy, friendly and willing to educate me as a client whenever I had questions. I will continue to use them as my HVAC specialists in the future. ~Doc

When my a/c went out last night, I left a message and got a call back very quickly. Tamara reassured me that my a/c might come back on (technical reason goes here...), but she would schedule me for a visit just in case. Sure enough the a/c did come back on later that night, but the phone call from Tamara is what kept me from losing my mind! I've always been happy with their customer service!

I had Joshua as my service tech and he was very professional and courteous. Josh worked with me to assess my HVAC system and then reviewed his proposal. He worked with me on the cost of the 410a refrigerant, as I needed a small recharge. He also took the time to grab a part from a local supply house then return to my home to comply the work. Excellent service!!

I cannot say enough good things about Aire Serv of River Oaks. Their technician Miguel has always been communicative with us, upfront and honest. They have been willing to work with us on prices that are half the cost or more than other A/C services we have tried. They DO NOT pressure you into paying for their services, and actually discourage you from overpaying for services that are not necessary.

Our first experience had Aire Serv of River Oaks come out to examine our broken heater. Their tech actually showed me what was wrong with the system, where other companies did not. The weekend before Winter Storm Uri they sent an emergency crew to our house and installed an entire new A/C and Heating system so that my family wouldn't be cold during the storm.

Our second experience today, 06/10/21, had Aire Serv come out again to perform a duct cleaning and air scrubber installation to help with my family's allergies and asthma. Their tech was extremely thorough, and once again was willing to show me what our system's problems were, and how they could be fixed.

Aire Serv of River Oaks has gone above and beyond for my family, to the point that we are on first name basis with their technician. They will have my repeat business for as long as they are around.

I can't say enough good things about this company and about Miguel the technician and Hector the owner in particular. I originally called for a duct inspection because of air quality issues and an aging air handler unit with problems. They were able to come out that afternoon. Miguel's high degree of expertise and product knowledge matched me with product solutions that resolved my air quality issues and restored the air handler to it's full function. I am confident that they saved me money and most importantly, gave me back my peace of mind. I would recommend Aire Serv be your first and only call. Thank you again, Miguel!

Very thankful that they were able to get someone to our house very quickly. Ronnie diagnosed the issue and gave us a few options to repair. While they were able to get someone to do the necessary replacements, Ronnie was able to get us a portable AC. Then, Christopher completed the work and kept us updated during the whole process. Both were very patient, professional, and friendly!

The technician, Robert, from Aire Serv did a great job identifying our AC problems, explained the problem, and then fixing it all in a timely matter. We were very pleased with his work.
