We were set up with M&S Mechanical through our home warranty company when our AC went out. At first, the service was okay and our unit was replaced. Shortly thereafter, we started to have problems with the new unit going out. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of anyone to come out, and when they did, they used ‘quick fixes’ instead of solving the actual problem. At one time, they came and left without even servicing the unit, as they stated it was fine since it was running at the time they came.

M&S started ignoring our emails and calls once they understood that parts on the unit needed to be replaced. The unit is under warranty by the manufacturer and the service should also have been covered as it was installed within the year. M&S refused to contact the manufacturer and get the needed parts and come fix the problem. At one time, we had a confirmed visit window but no one ever showed up. We called the technician’s phone number that was provided and the man who answered said he didn’t know who M&S Mechanical was and he worked for a different company?? No one ever showed up and the company could provide no answer as to why the appointment was skipped. Emails went unanswered and calls never returned once they realized they wouldn’t be making any money.

M&S never completed their work and we were forced to reach out to another AC company and pay for their labor. Of note, the new AC company was able to fix the issue same day and work with the manufacturer to replace the parts under warranty. Please save yourself money and time and choose another AC company. M&S is very unprofessional and do not deserve your business.

Technician is knowledgeable and always quickly fixes our HVAC system the first time. He is always prompt and courteous. We would recommend M & S Mechanical to anyone.

M&S Mechanical came to my house on a Sunday. They were sent by my home warranty folks so I was skeptical. They diagnosed the problem as bad compressor. Based on the age of my unit, they recommended to replace the unit and I agreed. They had a new one and promptly had it installed and running. My 95yr old mom lives in that house... Mom and me were thankful for M&S,,, getting the job done right, for their quick response and their price was great... Dale

M&S Mechanical did a fantastic installation of my HVAC system. The crew was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and timely. We did have a minor operational problem with the new unit, but M&S responded within a few hours and corrected the issue. Great customer service and quality work. I will definitely use them again.

M&S Mechanical was excellent in the installation of a new A/C unit and conducted the work as per the schedule. Their technicians were experienced and easy to work with. The M&S office management efficiently worked with the equipment supplier to get the work done on an expedited basis.

I had a home warranty call regarding my air conditioner and they sent M & S to look at the unit. The communication was great from the time they received my repair request. Omar was amazing with his scheduling to meet our needs. Jonathan the technician was very thorough. We ended up having to replace the unit and they were there with a new unit in less than 24 hours. The installers were extremely thorough and made sure everything was working and we were satisfied before they left. I would highly recommend this team.
