Randy was an absolutely amazing AC technician! Very communicative, punctual, flexible with me while I got a ladder from maintenance, and he was very upfront and honest with me the entire time. He made sure everything worked before he left and went above and beyond in terms of thoroughness and kindness.

We recently had two AC units installed by M&S AC company and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The team encountered a few unexpected challenges during the installation, but they worked diligently and professionally to resolve everything.
