I have to write a new review for ACS to describe another experience with the company. Today, the A/C was running but I noticed that it was warm inside the house. I checked the thermostat and it was 79 F despite having a setting of 75 F. I checked after 30 minutes and saw that the temperature was rising - it was now 80 F.

I sent a text message to ACS ( Mike Pham ) about the issue. I waited a bit for a reply because it was a hot and humid day in Houston and technicians are very busy. After waiting for sometime, I received a call from Mike saying that he's sending a technician shortly.

Within 30 minutes, the technician was at the door. He went to the backyard, inspected the A/C unit and performed the work. I had cool air back in the house.

The ACS company, Mike Phan, the team have all been very professional, transparent and wonderful to work with. I only have high praises for this company and its staff. I don't want to experience any more A/C or heating issues. However, in case I have any problems in the future, Mike is already aware that I'll be calling him again... and probably many times...

We have been using ACS for years now and I will never use any other service. Mike answers my calls immediately and comes out to access whatever is going on and fixes it asap! He remembers his customers and their equipment and his prices can’t be beat! Mike is amazing, kind, knows how to get the job done asap!!! OMG, this company was a life saver. I have Choice Warranty and All week I had been dealing with an AC person they sent. I turned to my friend Ericka who referred Mr Pham and his team. I called him in morning and three hours later they were at my condo. I was so happy to know I won't have to live in the 79 degrees in my condo. I'm a senior, so it was getting serious.
Mr Pham explained issue, pricing and options. I chose Please correct issue today!

My brothers condos use this company for one of their contracting ac companies.I scheduled for them to come out to give me an estimate. My brother has ceberal palsy and in a wheelchair. After they came out no one called for several days.After I called them they said someone would call with the proposal.well that never happened. Called again which they said the person I would talk to wasn’t there and would call me back. Well after my husband gave them hell,Simeine called back and yelled at me saying they needed an email to send proposal.well why didn’t y’all mention that the two times I called! They apologized for that. Finally two and half weeks later they fix it!My brother was with out air for that long!Will never use them again! Not many place I have to choose from.

This company is awesome! The tech worked till about 10pm, trying to resolve the issue. During that time he went back to the shop to find a replacement part. In the end the part didn't work but he came back the next morning and fixed the issue.
