Chimney Rock Service is a high quality and honest HVAC contractor. I had a complete change out installed. When I got home that evening everything was professionally installed and I never knew they were there, the cleaned up was spotless. I have had this unit for a year and half and everything is still working like it is suppose to. I was recommended a 2 speed unit and it has saved me hundreds of dollars on my electric bill while it keeps us very comfortable. I highly recommend Chimney Rock Service if you want quality, they may not be the cheapest nor the most expensive. There prices are fair and are inline with everyone else.

(Updated) I am updating the post below that I left a while back and am reaffirming the 5 stars. It finally became time to replace my old system, which was nearly 20 years old. They just couldn't bandage it up any more. I did a complete system swap out (heating and AC). The Chimney Rock guys did a great job at a very reasonable price. They did the install, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled everything away. I love the new system. It is much more energy efficient and the AC unit is much quieter (it is on my patio, so this is important to me). I can also control my thermostat with an app on my phone\ipad. It is really cool.

I have been using Chimney Rock for over 10 years for all of my heating and AC service. They are always on time, have always been honest, and have never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Luckily, I have not needed a new system yet, but when I do, Chimney Rock will be my only call.

Brian and the team at Chimney Rock have been a godsend since I moved in my new-to-me but aging home last year. Every person on the team has been prompt and professional when I’ve called for regular maintenance or repair. They’ve fixed shoddy work that the contractor my home warranty sent over did on my AC and when the system finally died, we’re able to quickly get me set up with a new cooling system with an excellent warranty on parts and labor. Best of all, I trust them to do good work and not upsell me on products or services I don’t need. Can’t recommend them enough!

Chimney Rock provides a high quality service at a fair price. They are reliable and do not try to sell something you don't need. Always responsive and courteous. They don't cut corners that will hurt you later. We once use others and regretted it. They lay out the alternatives and let you choose. We are very happy with them.

Having a service provider who responds promptly and does excellent work is a comfort for a homeowner who has a older home. If we have an AC issue when it is hot, Chimney Rock comes to the rescue quickly. All the service folks are great to have in your house and the owner makes sure you are taken care of correctly. Chimney Rock has been servicing our home for the last four years and they’ve been fantastic. We had a 6 day old newborn and our AC wasn’t working well. Matt came out on a Saturday night at 8:30 to check things out. We ended up needing our entire unit and furnace replaced, and they were quick at getting that done, only taking about three hours. We will absolutely continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs!

Great service!! Our heater was down and it was Thanksgiving day. We called JK Heating services and they were here within 30 mins!! Great service, affordable and the best part was they were there to help us even on the thanksgiving day!! I am a customer for life!!

Really happy with this company. There services are reasonably priced and they are reliable. They are on time and professional on the job. I have had a couple of emergency’s at my rental property and I called Jay and he took care of it right away even though it was a Sunday. I recommend this company without a doubt.

I really wanted to get into an annual contract with a trustworthy company who has an excellent customer service credentials and are honest to their work, JK AC and Heating services turned out to be my first choice. I had multiple issues in my house during the deadly freezing in last February and none of the technicians were available or picking up the phones. JK AC & Heating services - Sanjay Chauhan and his team were extremely busy but did respond to my phone. They were punctual to their committed time, visited my place and resolved all my issues in no time. They exactly did what was supposed to be done and they didn’t over charge unlike other opportunist technicians. I would highly recommend JK AC and Heating Services to all who look forward to honesty, work quality and an excellent customer service.

Sanjay and team are the best I have seen so far in finding the issues and fixing it the right way. Also they are reasonably priced and they stand by their product and work. I cannot stress enough about how honest and trustworthy they are. They came multiple times and spent hours trying to find the leak (due to a mistake made by the builder's contractor). It also took a considerable time to fix the leak the right way. Now I know where to go when it comes to A/C and plumbing :)

Billy, our technician, was very professional and helpful. This company is honest and gives you a realistic view of your HVAC system. No unnecessary upselling which is refreshing in this industry. I have used them for my HVAC system cleaning and annual check ups. Highly recommend!

Air Serv installed an air purification system in our ducts. There was a problem with the first install, however, the company came back out on my schedule and correctly installed the unit. In addition for my inconvenience, they installed a second unit to take care of my coil to prevent mold at no cost.

I will be using this company in all my future A/C requirements as I found them responsive, friendly, and has a can do attitude.

I purchased my system through another company that is no longer in business. The Aire Serv location that took over my contract would not get back to me so I started to call other locations. I did not realize these were franchise locations, but Hector immediately jumped on the phone to call me back to see how they could get me taken care of. Hector is the franchise owner, NOT an employee. This was HUGE for me. Not only did he take the time to listen to what I had been going through, but he offered to send someone out the same day! We just needed the A/C checked as we are selling the home and wanted to ensure the new buyers that there was nothing wrong with the system. Evander showed up to my home at almost 8PM after working all day long with a smile on his face ready to look everything over. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I was provided by Hector and the technician Evander. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for assistance. This was our first time with AC issues in our home we recently moved into. Aire Serv had great reviews and our experience was just that. Received a call asking for details and within a few minutes info on our technician including a picture and small bio. Details matter and this company does not overlook. I dont really have a price comparison but would highly recommend based on my experience.
