The technicians were awesome. They identified my mold problem, cleaned my vents, fogged the house so the mold would go away, and installed a UV light that prevents the mold from coming back. Not to mention it came with a really good warranty. Overall it was a great experience!

I bought a house that the previous owner smoked in. They got the vents as good as new and our house smells clean with the HVAC on now. Easy communication, on time, and a great job done!

James and his team came out to my house and did an amazing job. What I like is they came on time and were professional. We walked the house and talked in detail what we needed. James was very pleasant and professional. He explained and showed me the terrible condition of mold inside the plynum box which would have definitely been disastrous for my respiratory health. He was also very understanding of my financial constraints and was able to offer me a great deal where he treated and took care of everything straight away. We having been having issues with our dryer and I remembered a service we had a time before and decided to purchase a Groupon in order to fix the issue. I scheduled the appointment and received an update on yesterday and this morning prior to the rep showing up. I received a text so that we can prepare for the visit. Upon arrival, James was prompt to his appointment time and was helpful in fixing the problem. I would recommend James and Indoor Air Specialists to other family and friends so that they can have the same level of service we received.

James and his team coordinated with me and arrived at the requested time - found some serious mold in the two HVAC units and many of the vents. They were systematic and speedy to clean out 22 vents and offtakes, and the two HVAC units in about two hours and change. He gave me a good price given my budget constraints. Friendly guys too! I have been with this company for over a year. They performed duct cleaning on our home approximately 8200 square feet. I had researched and met with several other companies but chose this company simply based on their professionalism, expertise, and patience to answer all questions. Most specifically, I was impressed with the methodology and attention to detail with their work. Although I was presented with bids which were both more costly and more cheap, I chose this company because I wanted a company who would be long term and have the owner has the approach of doing what’s best for the homeowner and this is simply almost impossible to find. Do your research and stay away from these ultra large companies with 10000 5 star reviews because they are business driven and look for small companies which are real world and you will see the difference.

We had a d90 error on our LG dryer, noting that our vent was 90% full. A really weird error for a 3 month old new construction home, but decided to call them anyway. I was given great advice to contact our home warranty contractor to see if the cap was left on the vent. Rather than trying to squeeze money out of us for this, they gave free solid advice & we’re super appreciative. Haven’t called the home warranty company, but was very impressed by this team’s professionalism & integrity. Will definitely call them in the future for their services!
