They called several hours before the appointment for a chimney clean and explained that they could not get on the roof for the inspection since it was raining and wet. They offered to do the rest of the work, or someone would call to re-schedule. I got a call later the same day and re-scheduled for the following day. They arrived on time, and cleaned and inspected the chimney and also cleaned my dryer vent. He provided a picture of the lint cleaned from the dryer vent so that I could inspect the result. Great service, very professional, and I will use them again.

My home chimney was very dirty after constant usage without cleaning. I was introduced to Nature's own chimney cleaning and was told they would do a good job. A great business is not defined by their ability to perform without mistakes, it's defined by how they perform if mistakes are made. They were several scheduling issues however, the company went above and beyond and was very receptive to feedback in order to correct this issue for future customers. I genuinely think they care about the customer and their time, even if mistakes happen.

Our technician Michael did an excellent job with the cleaning of our chimneys and replacement of one of the refractory panels. He also inspected the rest of our panels, identified further repair needs, and took the time to explain it clearly to us and the risks of not having it done.

Manuel & Jose were fabulous at assessing and repairing my chimney. Initially I had a different mason repair my chimney and they used the incorrect materials which did not resolve the problem of smoke entering my home when burning wood in the fireplace. Manuel & Jose were able to identify the issue even after the previous company tried to hide it the best they could. The pricing was very fair, and they worked with my schedule as best they could. Excellent service! Very easy and simple to set up my appointment, the guys showed up when they said they would, and they were very professional. I was worried they would make a huge mess, quite the opposite. Clean looking workers and when they left my house was cleaner than when they showed up. James was our service technician and he was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. I appreciated getting a detailed explanation of the condition of my chimney and also what needs to be done to insure the safety of its use. I am also happy that I now have a clean dryer vent and do not have to worry about that as a potential fire hazard. I plan on using Nature’s Own Chimney Cleaning in the future.

I am new to Texas, only been living here for 5 months. I had to get my chimney cleaned out. I had gotten a house and I don't believe it was ever cleaned. Had a strong smell coming from it and I suspected there may be animals nesting it in. Anyways, my neighbor recommended Nature's Own and I never heard of them but took his word for it. They came on time and were surprisingly a lot cheaper than a few other companies I looked into. The job was done with care and they made sure it was cleaned from top to bottom. They didn't leave a mess behind and were very personally and friendly. I think my dog even loved the on guy, which is rare!! Anyways, if you are looking for a company to get the job done right and at a fair price, contact them! You will not be disappointed. I know I wasn't.

Wow! Wonderful service! Michael came and fixed some cracks on our chimney and replaced the crate on top of the chimney as well. He was very professional and reviewed everything before he did it. And super bonus… he looooves dogs! So my German Shepard was happy too!

Very professional, courteous, and on time! Texted first as requested and performed service. A little bit of confusion about the project but the service techs were not pushy at all. In one call to their office, everything was sorted out and work to replace chimney cap and back panel of fireplace is scheduled.

I did have 2 other company's come out but neither were as pleasant, professional or competitive as Nature's Own.

Nature's own chimney did an awesome job with cleaning out the fireplace and my dryer vents. They were very professional and helpful. The responsiveness and affordable price made them my first choice. I was visiting some family in Texas and we hired Nature's Own to clean my great-uncle's chimney. He's in his late 80's and does not have the strength or expertise to clean it himself. We called Nature's Own to inquire about their services and fees and from the very beginning, they were outstanding! The sales department was very friendly, professional, informative, and helpful. Sean came out and inspected the chimney of our newly purchased home and made the process super easy and efficient. He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He didn’t take long, explained what he saw (with pictures) and repair he recommended along with an estimated price. I was good with that so he scheduled the follow up visit right there on the spot. My guys name was Dustin B and he did an amazing job. He was quick and courteous and completed the inspection and gave me results quickly and on the spot. I appreciate the honesty as some people try to lie to get more money and sell unneeded services and Dustin did none of those things. If/when I need more help with my chimney I will know exactly who to call.

Very unhappy! Poor communication! Did not show up for my appointment...didn't call...and this was a second appointment the company made themselves after not being able to accomplish the job during my first appointment!
