I called Natures Own Services to have my chimney cleaned and found it to be quick and easy. The person who answered my call was able to quickly set up an appointment that worked for me and at the same time quote me a price. Michael, the technician called the day of the service and was able to come out early. He arrived and was very professional and friendly. He was able to inspect and clean my chimney in around 30 min. He had some recommendations for repairs but there was no hard sell or pressure. He said he would give me a quote and it was good for 60 days. The cleaning actually ended up being a little cheaper than the quoted price. I could not be happier with the work done by Natures Own. I absolutely recommend them.

Technicians have been great however they had to stop halfway through the job due to weather (understandable). However, they said they would call to schedule an appointment to finish the job, and never called. Two days later I called and scheduled an appointment. Today was the day of the appointment and they did not show up, did not call, and did not answer the phone (or return my message). Our house is currently full of materials, dust, debris and a half done fireplace. I am afraid I will have to hire another company to finish the job.

Reliable service and great experience with Natures Own for chimney sweeps. Our tech Bobby did a great job and returned quickly with parts to do our repair the same day.

I contacted Natures Own in order to perform my spring lawn aeration; I've been using them since 2021. My technician Zach was on time, communicated well, and performed an outstanding job. The day before the service, I placed lawn flags marking the many sprinkler heads so that it would make their job easier. In addition, I didn't want to repair any broken sprinkler heads if I could help it. After the service, we talked about the service and answered my questions. Zach is a real pro!

I had an issue with air flow to one side of my home, and was told I needed to clean my ducts. I called Indoor Air Specialists from a Groupon offer and they came out. I was informed I had a mold issue. Long story short, I was dreading the cost treating MOLD, but James, the owner, worked within my budget, and actually went above and beyond with price and additional services ....this is also someone with a great sense of humor! I HIGHLY recommend Indoor Air, not just because of the GREAT pricing, but also the GREAT level of service. Not only was the owner awesome, but also Chris, who actually performed the services. It is definitely quality work from quality people, I highly recommend Indoor Air Specialists!!

James and his team were super amazing! We’ve had a rough time after Hurricane Harvey flooded our home and James couldn’t have been nicer, more compassionate or more helpful with getting our air ducts and air back to being clean and safe which was very important to us with having a 5 month old baby in the house! The whole team was super friendly, quick, and efficient and we could tell a difference in the air quality right away. We will definitely be using James and his team for all of our future air quality needs!

My partner and I bought a Groupon voucher because we wanted our ducts and dryer vents cleaned. They didn't do anything! Shortly after the technician began in our home, he informed us that our air ducts were filled with mold and we had to pay approximately $500 to get them cleaned. We denied paying right away because we wanted to do more research, so requested that he just clean the dryer vent, which was clearly included in the Groupon. The technician claimed he was unable to clean it properly and he would come back the next day with the owner. No one ever returned to our home or contacted us.

It gets worse. Once the technician left, we reviewed the photos from our home inspection only one month prior. There was no mold anywhere in the vents, which our home inspector confirmed. I don't know what picture the technician was trying to show us, but it was clearly not ours.

This is clearly a scam. They took our money, tried to upsell unnecessary services, and did nothing. I have no idea where the good reviews are coming from here.

A friend recommended me to this company and I am so glad I took her advice. From the time I made my appointment till the time they came out to do my Air Ducts was awesome service. I wish I could give you guys more stars. My house smells fresher and the price was so reasonable.

Indoor Air Specialist did an excellent job with our home. The scheduler of our appointment was courteous and professional. They called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. When the staffed arrived they were also professional and fair in pricing. We thought we only had poor circulation but turn out we had mold. They took care of us same day. I would definitely recommend them to others.

We were having some allergy issues, so I hired Indoor Air Specialist to investigate. I had originally thought all of our ducts needed cleaning, but after a quick assessment they found the problem and provided treatment quickly and efficiently. They arrived in a timely manner and were honest and efficient with their assessment and treatment. Would recommend.

We see lots of good reviews so we decided to try it out. Two guys came before the time frame (1-4 pm) they were scheduled, making me feel like I’m late. They did some inspection and told us that there are mold in our AC system. I thought they would use vacuum to at least clean the allergens and dust, but all they did were trying to sell the mold cleaning service ($450). I asked them if they could do some vacuum, they said Groupon is too cheap to even start the work. All good reviews seem to comment on mold service. You should all get second opinion to make sure Your AC have Mold or not.

Getting air ducts and ac ducts clean was something that was far from my mind.
My daughter has allergies and I know it’s something that needed to be done for her.

James came out to check out our ac insulation to see if that may have been the reason our house got so hot during the summer time. He was very efficient with our time and gave us his honest opinion. We really appreciate him!

The team was phenomenal. I had called a couple of other places and got scammed out of my money so I was extremely hesitant to even try another place, but then dog hair flew in my mouth and I changed my mind. Turns out my vents were clean so they didn’t even charge me for that and instead we sanitized the ducts and installed a UV light. There was a very tiny amount of mold in my unit. They said I could leave it if I wanted and weren’t pushy at all, however I’m extremely allergic to mold and chose to clear it out. I run a dehumidifier through my home to help with humidity, but living so close to the gulf it’s almost impossible to avoid mold. At least now I know my air system is sanitized and the UV light will help keep it mold free.

James is a top notch business owner and I must say that he does business RIGHT!!! I had a problem that his first visit didnt fix, declogging my dryer vent, but he came back and fixed the problem without charging me again!! THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE! That's GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE which goes a long way! Thanks

Thank you Lucius for helping us our ac system. I got mold in the system, and they spent more than 2 hours to treat it and make sure no more mold in my ac vent system. They are professional and especially very polite and respect me, my wife and my house. I highly recommend this service to everyone. Oh they know me as a disable veteran, I also offer me some discount. If y'all need service, call them now cause I have to book them a week ahead.

Indoor Air Specialist were friendly, professional, and great prices compared to the others. They did a great job explaining the systems. The team were courteous polite quick clean and efficient. They literally were done in under an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and there wasn’t a trace of them ever being there, except for the clean air blowing outta my vents! Highly recommended!

I hired them to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. They took photos of inside the vents and explained everything to me. My vents were actually in good condition so they finished early and ended up doing some other work to prevent future mold even though I didn’t pay for it but just as a friendly gesture. I’m very happy with the service!
