Workers arrived on time. They were friendly and competent. They never stopped until they were finished, despite the intense heat. The install is complete, everything works as expected and they cleaned EVERYTHING before they left, including sweeping my stairs. I could not be more pleased.

I have used priority, AC and heating numerous times over the years. They have always done such a good job. They are always priced fair. I can’t say enough good things about them. They have come in clutch so many times for me now sean was a great technician very knowledgeable very courteous and Jacob did an amazing job as well

I have known the owner for 8 years on a personal level. His reputation in our community is superb. Jacob is known for his honesty, integrity, and hard work. (He’s also a really funny guy). It wasn’t until this week that I needed his professional services and i couldn’t brag on Priority AC and Heat enough. The company is appropriately named bc they made me a priority and had parts, installation, and solution within 6 hours of initial contact. The part needed was difficult to locate but they did it! I had two other air conditioning companies come out and try to diagnose my system, but they couldn't fix it. Matt from Priority did an obviously more thorough set of diagnostic tests, diagnosed the problem and now the system is working. He even helped me sort out some confusion about my warranty with the manufacturer. Thank you!

We had issues with remote communication because a new T-stat was installed. We use the remote function with our Honeywell units often. They came right out and found the issue and got us back online.

The AC failed late at night, and they arrived promptly the next morning to assess and address the issue. This was my second time using their service for the unit, and both times the technicians were professional, approachable, sincere, and empathetic to the stress of losing AC in the summer with kids at home.

Just had our ac fix, Thank you Jacob for accommodating our request. You have come in promptly and very early. The diagnostics took awhile but u did a great job fixing the wires , replacing fuse and other parts, and bonus cleaning up the unit outside nicely!

We recently hired Priority AC & Heating after a frustrating experience with another contractor, and we couldn't be more pleased. They sent out a technician named Matt, who went above and beyond from the start.
Matt arrived on a Saturday, which was already a relief, and immediately impressed us with his professionalism. He took the time to clearly explain the issue with our system, what had caused it, and his recommended solution. His knowledge, patience, and demeanor made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
After being without AC for over a week, we were thrilled that he was able to schedule us for Tuesday. True to his word, Matt showed up on time, walked us through the installation process, and even showed us how the lines were evacuated properly. He installed our new outdoor unit, and we’re happy to say we finally have cool air again!

Sean was on time, very polite, knowledgeable while diagnosing our issue, and extremely professional. He finished everything quickly in spite of the heat outside to get our AC repair completed and explained everything thoroughly without pressuring for things that were optional. I will be using their services again in the future when I need more work done.

First time using this company and I was very happy with the results. My unit was fried during a bad storm and spending a day without A/C is horrible. Matt came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and after replacing everything, my home was back to normal by early that afternoon.

Wow! So nice for a company to be this great. I killed my AC last night at 8pm - in August! - while trying to install a new Nest thermostat. Relying completely on Google reviews, I called Priority AC & Heat. At 7:30am the next morning, Priority called and an appointment was set between 8 & 10am. Matt Soto arrived around 8:20am, listened to my description, and immediately told me what the problem was - a blown fuse, caused by me when I failed to cut off the correct low power switch in the attic prior to installation. The AC was fixed, the new Nest was installed, and I learned how to prevent blown fuses in the future all by 8:40. THAT right there is expertise, and a guarantee of a new, longterm customer.
