Greatest experience ever. Exceptional customer service!!!
Been having issues with the furnace and after lots of frustration dealing with useless technicians and/or super costly estimates, I finally found Bazil A/C and long story short, furnace replaced in less than a day with a very affordable price. The level of customer service received is just outstanding!!!

We found Bazil after we found our old AC company was not honest when confronted over their shoddy work on a new replacement. Bazil came to the rescue, fixed our issues for a reasonable amount and we have never looked back. Fast forward several years and they are still the ones to call when in need of their services. They communicate every step of the process, provide a reasonable estimate and stand beside their work. Its nice to have someone to trust, someone who cares about every customer and works to keep your business for the long haul.

Bazil puts customer satisfaction and service first. They came out and performed professionally to solve a difficult problem. I was treated with dignity and respect and the cost was more than fair.

Wonderful experience with the Bazil team : Ron,Daniel,Jose1&2,&Cesar! Team arrived on time ,split up and each one concentrated on his area. Replaced complete AirCon unit, tested, cleaned up and did a walk through orientation . No time wasted on cell phone talk, considered my special requests and executed them . Very professional and focussed . Excellent back office support when needed. Wonderful and pleasant execution .

Bazil AC is my favorite air conditioning company. They have serviced my AC and heating many times over the last 15 years. A few years ago, they replaced my unit and ductwork. This company is professional, reliable and honest. I recommend them highly. You won’t be disappointed.

We found Bazil Air Conditioning and Heating on the Neighborhood app after our long time a/c guy retired. From the first phone call, exceptional service! Very easy to communicate through phone call or text, always a friendly voice and prompt response time. We have used Bazil to replace 2 units on our own home, one very recently, we also have called them for rental properties as well. They have a very quick response time on service calls, usually same day! I mostly appreciate that the service tech explains everything and there is no upselling. They appreciate that people work hard for what they have and it shows in their customer service from office staff to installation crew. Very knowledgeable, courteous, affordable, and honest! I appreciate that!

I have been using Bazil A/C as my contractor of choice for over 5 years, from simple thermostat replacement to leak detection to full unit replacement. They are honest, conscientious, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. They make every effort to provide the help needed as soon as possible despite their work load.

Our A/C went out on Friday evening (in November no less!), Bazil showed up the day I called (Saturday) and correctly diagnosed the issue (compressor out), Bazil (Sady) got me an estimate on two options to repair the system, Sunday we decided to replace system (currently with 0% interest 5 years, thanks Ron), Monday the new system complete, was installed (Daniel and team) and operational before 3:00pm! Excellent experience with Bazil, I highly recommend them. They’re local, no bs, and have been with them now for over 10 years. Quick, quality installation, options available on systems and financing—great experience all around.

Great service and work! The whole experience start to finish was seamless - they came out to assess in the same afternoon as the day we called - it was very cold and our heat had gone out - they were able to replace our whole system the next day. I really appreciated their no pressure approach and giving us all the options to make the best decision for us. Great customer service!

During this first cold snap of the season I discovered my heater was not coming on. I called Bazil Air Conditioning and Heating after reading some positive feedback on the Neighborhood app. I had the pleasure of talking with Ronnie who sent Ceasar out to check out the system. It took Cesar a few minutes to come back and explain the issue. He gathered information and told me he would have Ronnie call me with options for repair or replacement since it was out of warranty. After Ronnie thoroughly explained options I chose to replace the system versus putting money into a 22 year old system. He then found the best offers available for the Trane and Carrier answering all my questions along the way. I was not rushed and had as much information as I wanted to make the final decision. Ronnie then guided me through the financing working into the evening to ensure everything was worked out so installation could occur the next morning. You could not possibly find a more informative plain spoken explanation than one provided by Ron. The installation went very well with no added discoveries or cost. As a matter of fact the installer’s saw my new thermostat and offered to replace the old one while there for no added cost. My home and yard was cleaned and all old material removed. I would highly recommend Bazil Air Conditioning and Heating.

I can't say enough positive things about this company! From the owner, Kathy, to the technicians Sayde and Caesar and the operations manager Ron, they are all so wonderful to deal with. As more AC/Heating providers are acquired and ruined by private equity it is such a blessing to have a company like Bazil in our area. They are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and HONEST. No price gouging and no upselling and they truly care about their customers!

Bazil is the best A/C company I have ever dealt with! I have lived in this area since 1976 and have owned 2 homes. I have pretty much used all of the big name companies and some of the smaller ones for my HVAC. For any large jobs I like to get at least 3 bids with detail. In 2018 I was getting bids for new ductwork, one of the companies I contacted was Bazil A/C since they were so highly recommended by a lot of neighbors. Their bid was a good price and had more detail on it then the others so I went with them. The work was done in a timely manner, they left no mess and I was very pleased with the work they did. I always like to know what contractors are doing when it is something big and they were very forthright with information during the install. I then started using Bazil for all of my A/C work including my semi-annual check ups. Their technicians have always showed up on time and they were even able to help me on short notice. Their prices are fair and they do not try to upsell me anything extra. They are very knowledgeable, their diagnosing of any problem has been very accurate, and they have always resoved my A/C issues the first time they came out when I have needed any repairs.
I have been a customer with them for 7 years now. I still get bids for bigger jobs but they seem to have the best bids. They may not be the lowest, but they have never been the highest. Over the years I have found that you get what you pay for and the lowest bid is usually the lowest for a reason.
I HIGHLY recommend this company, they are honest and their work ethics are outstanding. They are really great people you can trust!

Kathy and her crew did a good job checking our air conditioners. We had the yearly maintenance done, which is something I recommend. Our air conditioners are older 12 years and 19 years old. Despite their age Bazil, the business name, did not recommend a new air conditioner. I asked for quotes on new A/C units, but looking at last year’s electrical bills ($205 last summer) we decided new units In were not necessary. The tech never tried to upsell me on anything he just cleaned and inspected the unit
In short it’s nice to know there are businesses you can rely on.

My AC unit shut off during the peak of summer, and I was absolutely dying in the heat. Cesar from Bazil Air Conditioning came out the same day and quickly got to work. He did a thorough inspection and discovered that the breaker had shorted out. Without wasting any time, he went to Home Depot to get the parts needed and repaired my unit on the spot.

I’m so impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and dedication Bazil Air Conditioning showed. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them for anyone needing fast, reliable, and trustworthy AC service!

I paid the $99 diagnostic fee to have my HVAC system evaluated. The technician was polite and arrived on time, but the overall recommendation quickly shifted toward replacing the entire system due to its age (20+ years old).

While I understand that older systems eventually need replacement, I felt the conversation leaned heavily toward a full unit replacement rather than exploring repair or targeted solutions first. I would have appreciated a more balanced discussion of intermediate options and clearer breakdown of what specifically was failing versus simply aging.

If you’re considering them, I’d recommend getting a second opinion before committing to a full system replacement.

Bazil HVAC company has taken care of our maintenance twice a year, and the service has always been outstanding. Sady and Cesar are fantastic technicians — punctual, courteous, and very detailed in their work. We truly appreciate their consistency and professionalism and highly recommend this company.

Bazil installed a new AC and furnace for us about 6 months ago after coming out to check and service our existing system. We were very pleased with that prompt and competent service and so we had them quote us for a new system. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable, so we chose them from 3 bidders (one of which quoted us twice the cost!). They came back quickly when we requested a couple minor tweaks to the system for humidity control, and we've been enjoying the improvement in our climate control since! Bazil did not try to oversell us at all, but gave us good info to help us decide on a system that would meet all our requirements without paying for more than we needed. I think we're in good, honest AC & heating hands again!

We have an unpleasant smell in the house that seemed to be in the ventilation system. Called Bazil in the afternoon and Cesar arrived on time the next morning. We suspected mildew in the evaporator coil but upon inspection, they were clean. Cesar continued to inspect the system and found rat holes in the ductwork where rats were chewing through and getting in the warm ducts, couldn't get out and died. He sealed the ductwork, was here over an hour and only charged the basic service fee.
This is not our first time using Bazil A/C. We are very impressed with their customer service and fair prices.

These guys are the BEST. PERIOD. They swooped in and saved us during this last summer when our AC got killed by a power surge, were very honest with us about the amount of work it was going to require and helped us make the best decision. We ended up getting a whole new system that works 1000x better than our old one and the price was extremely reasonable, especially being the middle of the hottest month this year! The install was painless, and it looks very neat and professional. Can’t recommend them enough! Big thank you to Ron for sorting us out and getting us through a tough situation. Our dogs and us are extremely grateful!
