Quick turnaround and great service. The fan on my downstairs AC unit quit working , on a Sunday of course! Calling others and willingness to pay a callout fee, would not guarantee arrival of a tech Sunday evening.

My son has used Priority AC a number of times and raved about their service. I called, expecting to get an answering service and was surprised when Jacob, the owner, answered and got me set-up with a technician for Monday morning. Sean, the service tech, was polite and very knowledgeable. He didn’t mind the constant barking from my dogs, as he is a dog owner himself and understood their nervousness with a stranger working in and around the house.

Sean just left, and the downstairs is cooking nicely. I am impressed and will keep Priority in my contacts for future use.

Priority AC & Heat has a fantastic crew of people taking care of their installations and service afterwords. Matt the person who came to quote me a bid is friendly, personable, HONEST and interested in giving me what I needed to make my system as efficient as possible. He came at the start of the installation then several times during the installation. After the job was finished he came and did a walk through to insure it was to my complete satisfaction faction. The people doing the installation have the same values as Matt. I COULD NOT be more pleased and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Priority AC & Heat.

I went without A/C in Pasadena for 3 days until I found Jacob’s contact information because I trust him and his employees. The technician Sean was knowledgeable, professional, clean and efficient as he took the time to discuss all options as we made a short term plan and a long term plan. Highly recommend.

Matt was absolutely exceptional, he showed up within a few hours of my call for help and went straight to work to find and address our problem. He was completely transparent about the options and cost and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for future needs.

Called Priority AC & Heat Friday morning before the last freeze. Sean was there within an hour to diagnose the problem. Found a faulty pressure switch and had a replacement on the truck. In and out within 30 minutes. Honest, trustworthy, reasonably priced and highly dependable!

AC stopped working recently and I was able to easily schedule a troubleshooting appointment with Priority AC. They sent texts and emails confirming everything and Matt S. showed up on time.

I explained to him what issue I was having, what troubleshooting I performed and he got right to work. He was able to diagnose my issue (shorted wire on blower motor) and have it replaced. My unit is back up and running. Thanks, Matt!

Team came in and completed the job within 5 hours total, they were very careful removing old equipment down the stairs and very conscious of floors in the house. I am very satisfied with the new system in place, I would highly recommend Priority AC & Heat for any of you ac & heat needs, service or completed replacement, they're simply the best and the fastest.

The technician arrived on time, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on. What really impressed me was his honesty and attention to detail—he proactively checked to see if my control board was still under warranty before proceeding, which saved me a lot of hassle and potentially a lot of money. Have used them several times and same great service.

I have to say my experience this company and technician Sean P were absolutely stellar! I would highly recommend them for all of your AC needs. I like to know things and Sean explained everything fully and in detail. In my experience not only was he informative, he showed me exactly what the issues were, how he could solve them, the cost, and suggested how to proceed.
