It's been almost one year having our a/c-heating system completely replaced by Bazil Air Conditioning and Heating and I couldn't be happier! They accomplished doing this enormous project and had it working seamlessly in one day! In addition to Kathy and her teams' professionalism and their positive & friendly candor ~ their pricing is more than fair and competitive! Thank you all for making our lives less worrisome and more comfortable!

Hands down the best A/C Company out there!!! We ended up doing a huge remodel in early 2025 and that included a new complete HVAC system and all new ductwork. I got quotes from six companies including Home Depot & Costco. I was so disgusted with the slimy salespeople that came out trying to puff you up, over explain everything or talk down to you like you know nothing. Well, I turned to Nextdoor.com and found Bazil. They had excellent reviews, etc. So, I called for a quote and I am so happy that I did. Sady came out and he was very nice, looked everything over, wrote up a quote and as he was leaving he asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I asked him if he happened to know a good tile guy. Turns out, he did. He recommended someone he knew and that guy ended up doing the majority of our remodel! So, not only did Sady from Bazil AC & Heating get the work for our new system, he inadvertently helped us on our remodel, which turned out fantastic! The guys that did the install were wonderful too. So polite, friendly and after they were all done, you couldn't tell there had been any work done. They left the place clean. A few weeks after the A/C install, during our remodel, we found a copper A/C line that was in a place it shouldn't have been(house was built that way, not something Bazil did,) we called Bazil A/C and Kathy sent Sady out and he had that fixed in no time and the remodel continued without any delay! After all that, I can't say enough good things about Bazil Air Conditioning & Heating.

Fantastic experience! It’s always stressful when you hear your AC is going out. It was making a high pitching squealing noise that indicated the motor was going out. I have a regular AC maintenance person who provided me a quote but I thought I’d reach out to Bazil and see what they could do for me. Everyone at this company is a straight shooter! I talked to Ronnie and he was quick to point out what he thought the problem was based on what I knew and was able to quote me a very reasonable price to only fix the furnace. In the past, when our AC went out and before I found this company the vendors always tried to sell me a completely new system ($$$), the furnace and the outside compressor. And when you don’t know what you’re doing, you usually just defer to the professionals. But these professionals are not there to take you to the cleaners! The work was scheduled very quick and the unit put in within a couple of hours. Now the young man who helped put in the unit was very complementary about how the boss Kathy treats him. Just goes to show you that when you treat your employees right they’re going do a great job for you. The new unit purrs like a kitten and we are very happy we called Bazil!

We dealt with a number of the major players in HVAC, and some of the minors too, before deciding to go with Bazil. With the others, we received either misinformation, deceitful answers, and/or uncomfortable pushiness.

With Bazil, it was smooth. The Operations Lead asked a series of meaningful, relevant, and appropriate questions, and then provided a thoughtful, well articulated rationale for his recommendation at a sensible price. We scheduled the service. The crew arrived on time, completed the installation, did a thorough clean up, and answered all of our questions. The system has been running for a couple months with no issues at all. The unit was properly sized for the space, and we are feeling more comfortable than ever before.

You are honestly a GEM when it comes to service companies and I am so glad that I received the recommendation from my neighbor to consider Bazil. One of the most daunting tasks that will confront all of us as our homes age, is finding a Good HVAC Service Company, especially one who specializes in central systems. Thanks to my neighbor’s recommendation of Mr. Vinh Nguyen with VXO HVAC services I have resolved my fears of doing business with HVAC contractors. This is an excellent company to repair or replace your systems. They provided Honest and Reliable services at competitive pricing. All aspects of the work required for my system were discussed in detail in terms that could be easily understood. My system required complete replacement as it utilizes the old gas system, and the furnace was 31 years old. The complete replacement was done in a timely manner and the technicians were excellent. My project was handled and resolved in a manner consistent to the finest in customer care and appreciation. He exhibits the best in customer care “totally awesome”. You are treated not just as a client but as a friend. He takes the time to interact and communicate with you on your home HVAC requirements. This is the first time I can truly say it was indeed a wonderful experience to be serviced by a professional HVAC contractor.

This company is honest with excellent service! They’re super fast and so friendly. They took the time to explain everything to get my air conditioner going again. He also gave me good advice on some things I can do regarding maintenance that will help keep my system running its best. I HIGHLY recommend this AC company.

They have come to my house 5 times to fix my heating. Every time they came it was apparently a new problem they had to "fix" every time and now this last time they ran out of things to say and tell me I have to replace the whole system. I had to pay more money every time they returned and my heating is still not fixed. I do not recommend this company.

They came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately. They fixed it all and at a good price! Sean was amazing, so nice, knowledgeable and capable. In addition to these things he took the time to show my 13 year old son what he was doing. 5 stars!

The installation was very fast and clean up very good. Matt and his crew came today for a checkup in the newly installed system. A few adjustments were made to the ducts to improve airflow and the Freon was checked. Everything is working perfectly. These guys are awesome! Great crew and I highly recommend Priority!

Wow, they got to my house within 2hrs of making my appointment and fixed my issue within 20 minutes of arriving. Mike was professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing and checking for so I could follow along. Gave me some extra tips as well to keep my unit fresh and maintained. No tricks, up charges, etc. Professional as can be and fast. Sent me the invoice that had a write up of everything they did and checked for. Highly, highly recommend, and I will be recommending them to everyone from now on. Thank you!

Matt was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to explain what he did in a way that I understood and made reasonable recommendations with considerations for our system.

Jacob came to our house to address some capacitor issues that was preventing the outside unit from working properly. He was very up front about pricing and also very reasonable. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend giving these guys a call!

Follow up, used these guys again, this time Sean came out. Super nice and knowledgeable guy. All the employees know what they are talking about and aren’t gonna sell you on stuff you don’t need. My go to AC service is Priority AC & Heat!

Very responsive and quickly outlined what was needed to maintain/improve system.

I called Priority AC & Heat to resolve an AC clogged drain line. Just my luck they were able to come out within an hour or two to resolve the problem and they did. Sean the technician was awesome. He was courteous knowledgeable, and explained everything he did. This is the third time I’ve used this company and if it were me and I were you, I’d call them.

Sean with Priority has been by our house twice now and he has been so helpful. He is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He made sure to give me tips on how to prolong the health of my AC in really easy to understand steps. Priority AC has taken great care of us and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I called Priority AC at 11am today. They had my AC up and running by 2:30pm today. What more could you ask for? Thanks men!

The a/c technician arrived 2 hours after making a request to have my unit checked for an unusual noise. Sean was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replace the faulty part . He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My experience with Priority has always been positive, I would recommend their services.
