We have used these guys a few times and the service has always been great.

I have gone through a few AC guys over the years. One sold me a unit he didn't know how to service, another was clearly maxing out my warranty by replacing items too often at extra expense to me.

Two separate crews from Stafford Air have come out to my house and they both have known what they are doing. Very helpful guys and familiar with the ins and outs of AC. They worked to minimize costs, went above and beyond to get me fixed up quick, and did it for a fair price. Ask for John Miller if he's available. You won't be disappointed with the service.

The team arrived earlier than expected and were able to complete our repairs. We have been customers for about 5 years. Dusty always takes time to explain repairs and options. Our most recent visit was with team member John Miller who is prompt and professional. Stafford Air stands behind their work. Scheduling was easy.

John was terrific. Went the extra mile to correct issues with the drain pipe in my attic along with place a filter in the attic unit that no one else would dare to replace because of the size of the attic. It’s a nightmare up there. But he did it. I am completely confident that I and my HVAC will be well cared for. Just recommended to my daughter.

Dusty and John are always very friendly and considerate. John came for our furnace maintenance and noticed I had purchased the wrong size air filter for the attic. He gave me different options to order in the correct size and came back another day to install it for me. He’s always very detailed and specific with information after his inspection. Stafford Air is very trustworthy!

John was thorough and patient in diagnosing my A/C problem before recommending the replacement. John and his team did a a great job removing the old A/C & furnace and installing the new ones. They were professional and efficient. They minimized the work area and kept it clean. Last but not least, I greatly appreciate John’s responsiveness to my needs and concerns throughout the whole process.

Downstairs AC condenser stopped working. Called on Thursday afternoon about 4:00. Spoke with Dusty who set up appt. 11:00-3:09 on Friday. Technician texted me and showed up 15 minutes early. Diagnosed problem, replaced contacts with better ones than I had, cooled down compressor, started up system, and checked pressures in 1 hour. These guys do great work!

I ordered an "Easy Start" device to place on my AC to minimize power surge on my stand by generator, which typically faults when power is not being delivered by the utility company. No bueno should a hurricane (or any other) incident causes a power outage. Time will tell but I am confident that my issue is solved. Regarding service, it was top notch, as is usual with Stafford and is why I gave the work to them.

My AC was not working properly and even tho it would sometimes go on it didn't stay on very long. I felt like it could be a thermostat problem. When John, the Technician from Stafford Air of Bellaire came he said that I had water in the pan in the attic that wasn't draining outside. He cleared the line and explained everything to me and did the necessary maintenance. It works great now. I am very impressed with the whole staff that works at Stafford Air of Bellaire. They are extremely honest, nice, and professional people. I am so glad I contacted them! Can't say enough good things about them! THE BEST!!! 👌

Stafford Air got us scheduled on for a check with short notice. Our tech (John) showed up as expected and was very thorough and knowledgeable. John was very patient and detailed with his explanations on what to expect moving forward. Very happy with Stafford Air’s professionalism.

Amazing Quick House Call! I called Monday evening about an A/C issue and when I went to the attic to check it out, I noticed that the water pan, which filled with a little bit of water, so I figured it triggered the water sensor which shut off the AC unit even though it was still blowing air. I called Dusty and left a message (again, Monday evening), they were able to come Wednesday morning. They handled the problem quickly and didn't charge me anything, as I only needed to have my drain pipe blown out with air. They were awesome at handling that and quick! Thank you!

After reading all their excellent reviews, I decided to call Stafford Air over concerns wth my heating system. I wanted to have it looked at within days of an expected freeze in Houston. They replied immediately to my request and a team was at my home the very next day. I so appreciated their courtesy and their efficient and thorough review of my system. They are now at the top of my list for any future repairs!

Every stage of my most recent dealings with Stafford Air of Bellaire was efficient and trouble free. I contacted them to solicit a proposal to replace an HVAC system in my home. I had also solicited proposals from 2 other companies. All 3 companies are well regarded and highly rated. Stafford, however, was the most efficient, helpful, and responsive throughout the inspection and proposal phase. I opted to select them to provide and install my new system. Scheduling the installation day was easy. Installation occurred today. It took only 6 hours from the time they arrived to prepare for the installation until the time they had finished, cleaned everything up, and instructed me on the details of the new system (homeowner operation and routine maintenance). Everyone I dealt with, from Dusty Stafford, to John M. (tech leader for my installation), to the other 4 folks involved in the installation team, was amiable, efficient, knowledgeable, and experienced.
I have used Stafford Air of Bellaire in the past for some one-off AC issues and I have always been very satisfied. After this experience with selection and installation of my new HVAC system, however, they will definitely be my favored go-to HVAC contractor.
