Update! Text Stafford Air on Tues April 2nd 1:56 and John was pulling up at 2:05 to diag my cooling problem. He arranged for a warranty to exchg part. chgd labor and charging system. So courteous. I'm back in a nice cool house on Wed Apr 3rd 12:47. Now thats customer service!

Dusty, John and team were exceptional. Had another co out to diag my issue told I had to get new equip ductwork etc for $15k+. John came quick figured out ac drain line wasn't dripping because it was disconnected. Other co w warranty co didn't even catch that because it was under some foam. Then John verified my evap coil was sufficient for my new unit ( other co said it wasnt).My airflow was bad on my addition (flat roof) Stafford sent me an est for dampers to redirect the air. (10% of org est from other co) They came out this am and did the job in about 2 hrs and cleaned up. I highly recommend Dusty John and team! Thanks so much!!

Rescued us from a CenterPointless issue that knocked out all four of our systems. Repaired three and replaced the one that needed it. In one day with no advance notice. Stafford Air was amazing! Our a/c wasn't cooling so we figured it was due to a freon leak. We submitted a request online for an appointment (they were highly recommended on NextDoor) and within minutes, they called and let me know someone would be at the house that afternoon. An hour later, they called back to say someone could be there in 5 minutes. Dusty listened to the issue and started checking the unit. He confirmed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. He explained everything very well and the total cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again!

After we bought our house, we noticed that our heating and air conditioning did not reach every room. Stafford Air replaced our ducts, and the difference is night and day. Having worked with many contractors over the years, I know that communication and scheduling can be just as important as the service itself. Dusty Stafford went above and beyond with both. The work was very professionally done. No intrusion to the household. I thought the pricing for the services was good. All my questions were answered.

Our main AC unit stopped working in the middle of the night, so I called at 7:30 am the next morning to see how soon they could come out. They had someone at our house by 9am and repaired it within a couple of hours for a reasonable price. This is the second time they have done repair work for us and they are really the best and very responsive!

Needed to find a new provider to replace my previous one who retired. Did some reviews research and decide to give Stafford of Bellaire a try. John came out and did a full inspection of my HVAC system, prepping for the Winter (someday). He appears very knowledgeable and went over all the issues I had and what to do to resolve them. Apparently my extensive remodeling contractor was sloppier than I had already thought (had to fire them). Cost for today's work was very reasonable. I think going forward John will be my go to guy.
