Emanuel from Uptown heating and air conditioning was fantastic! He came out to troubleshoot our AC unit and was able to quickly diagnose the issue, recommending a new fan motor. Once the technician got here he proved to excellent competent in his examination of the issue...of course the constraints of the warranty policy makes the issue to have to be totally out to be fixed...but the technician resolved the noise issue so it is not so disturbing at nite and to neighbors....thank you

Emmanuel Olmos from Uptown Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job servicing both of my air conditioning unites.

This was the second time that he had to come out. He spent merely 15 mins here the first time and the units only worked that night then they couldn't come back til a week later leaving us without cooling for that long. He didnt have his own ladder and then when he was done he didnt bring the ladder down, close the attic or clean up around attic.

Came on time and delivered a very precise diagnosis. Very professional and would recommend.

Technician Emmanuel was great during the home visit and was very knowledgeable about the process. The price to repair was a little out of our range.

Replaced A/C unit. Installer had new unit a/c and heat running at same time. Required tech to find problem the next day. Issue was fixed timely.

Joseph and Rogelio were great! They were very professional and very friendly. They installed a new unit with everything and they did a great job! Cleaned up after themselves as well. Emmanuel was also great!. Because of him, I purchased a new system. I just trusted him and he walked me through everything.

We called our home warranty company with an AC issue and they sent these guys. They were polite, knowledgeable and quick to find the problem. We were up and running in no time. Great company.

I had originally written a good review for this place because they were hired by my home insurance to come diagnose and fix my ac which was broken, and they asked me to write a good review so I obliged. However, after that, I had a bad experience with them. I paid cash for the diagnosis and they did not offer me a receipt. The cost of diagnosis was $75. When I asked does he accept cash, he said $100 trying to scam me by charging extra, then after a minute he said $75. Very unprofessional. Also, they said the issue my ac has is covered by my home insurance and that they will be back soon to fix it. Then, today I receive notification that the claim was denied, and they won’t fix the ac. Overall, a scammy and weird experience with this company. I do not recommend them. And if you do pay cash, be sure to get a receipt.

Hector did an amazing job! He was extremely professional and communicated effectively to tell me what the issue is and was able to fix the problem within 30 minutes. I will continue to use this company for my future issues with my HVAC system if any. Thank you!
