Calvin and Gabe came out to replace my Enviro conditioning tank with a Halo H2zero Ultimate single tank system.

As are all of David’s employees, both were polite, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. They had to add a couple of feet of depth for the taller, new tank to fit the existing piping manifold. 117 degrees feel-like temperature, in full sun made their job difficult.

He came out to flush my water heater and got the job done quickly and efficiently. We have used them for routine maintenance and also to address equipment failures and poor craftsmanship by a different HVAC company. Great service response time, communication through process and information along the way for my repair. Walked me through where he felt the issue derived from, we talked about options and was able to get to one that fit the situation. Overall highly satisfied as usual for the services from Mission.

We also had Seth visit for the AC tune up. He was very thorough and gave good advice. Suggested some additional work that could be done without being pushy.

Truly a delightful HVAC experience! After discovering the condensation drain was clogged the whole way, soaking through 5 layers of folded bath towels in a cupboard in my laundry room, I called my old buddies at Gulf Coast, only to find they’re now Mission! Shirley sent James within 2 hours and he cleaned it all up, blew out the lines, alleviated my fears, and all with impeccable cleanliness and manners! I am massively impressed!!

Mission Plumbing treated us so well! Zach and Gabe fixed our shower when other companies tried to upsell us suggesting new equipment! These guys used what we had already bought to try and fix it, and it’s working for a fraction of what we would have been charged by others. Thank you Zach and Gabe! Thank you Mission!

Scheduling was easy and the tech, Tony, was outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable, explained system and what he was going to do. Best AC service I have had since moving in 10 years ago.

Gabriel yesterday doing the pre Hydrostatic analysis was patient, professional and answered all of our questions.
Josh and coworker today came one day after our foundation repair were nice explained what they were doing and were very knowledgeable about the post Hydrostatic analysis.

Tony provided great customer service. He explained what he would be doing with the heating issues i was having. Tony did great work and my grandma is more than satisfied with her heating now working correctly.

We had a great experience with Ricky and Mission. He was committed to solving our issue as completely and quickly as possible and put in a lot of work to make our system function on one of the coldest nights of the year.

Ricky expertly serviced our system. He went above and beyond to explain the options that we have. I am definently recommending him and the company to our neighborhood folks. The price for the annual maintenance is reasonable for what you get. Thank you, Ricky....

Excellent work. Zach and Gabe quickly diagnose the immediate problem, a recurring clog, and resolved it. They also scoped our spaghetti sewer drains and will create a plan to fix it. The CoH did work tying into our house years ago and we’ve had issues since.

During the initial consultation with David he was very professional, gave me honest feedback and provided a fair price. My residential job was more complex requiring a crane to remove my units from the roof, wait a few days to allow roofers to fix the roof and then reinstall existing and new units a few days later. There had to be planning ahead and constant communication to ensure the logistics were handled properly. David and his team did an excellent job on the execution. Throughout the whole process I felt like I was in great hands with David.

Alan was enormously helpful and made a difference. He went out of his way to find the best solution for me.

Juan Lopez did a fantastic job of fixing the disposal problem in my kitchen sink. He was able to clear it out and avoid having to have a brand new system.

D’Marquise was thorough and helpfully explained the leak from the water meter.

My heat just stopped yesterday on one of the first really cold days. Seth not only figured out why, but thoroughly examined and explained the various factors. Since I couldn’t climb the ladder, he took photos of the different parts. He was enormously helpful and a pleasure to work with.
