Plumber that visited for a free quote was very polite and helpful. They explained the possible reasons why the sink wasn’t working, what they could do to fix it, and provided a quote. Everything was professional and easy to understand.

Solving early 20th century sewer line mysteries. When Mission Plumbing came out to investigate the initial camera survey showed some interesting turns. When initial sewer connections were made in old Houston Heights in the 1920's, occasionally two or sometimes more houses shared a common sewer main connection. Using the camera and an above ground location device Zach and Gabe tracked the old clay pipe to the connection to newer PVC pipe. Because of some disconnected sections, it was trace to blockage, expose another section of old pipe past the blockage and carry on. (Of course the line ran under the paved driveway.) In the course of excavation, an additional line was found connecting to the sewer line apparently from an adjacent house. It was determined that this line was abandoned and could be detached and forgotten. . In addition, previous owners had made some "inventive" connections at the tie-ins under the house as the house was modified several times over the years. Zach and Gabe "untangled" some of the old connections and installed some new PVC piping. During this work, Zach and Gabe were able to consult with additional plumbers at Mission that had experience with similar situations in the past. In the end, new PVC pipe was installed and after passing city inspection the excavation was filled in and concrete (with rebar connections to driveway concrete) was placed over the fill to repair the driveway.

Mission Air, and the tech Juan, were great. We were without ac the entire weekend so they offered us the earliest appointment on Monday. Juan was on time, super professional and competent. He quickly found the issue and had the house cool again. Mission's maintenance plan is definitely worth a few extra dollars. They have always been honest and fair.

Rex Rosier was great, he did a really nice job and was very professional. The price was a flat rate for what I needed done and I think the price is pretty high. You get what you pay for and beside the price I am very happy with Mission AC & Plumbing and would gladly recommend them for the services they provide.

We all know buying a new AC unit can be daunting and expensive. Thankfully, David Compton found a way to make it work through financing. He picked the best installation crew led by Alex who was phenomenal I am very pleased with the results & highly recommend Mission. As they say, if you take care of your home, it’ll take care of you

Mission came to the rescue on Dec 23rd to save Christmas! Zach and his team were top notch professional. Arrived promptly, explained everything in detail, giving us all possible options. And got to work quickly taking care of every aspect of the job. Including reaching out to a Carpenter to help finish it off perfectly. Super nice guys from sales presentation to install. Covered all areas in the house prior to work, disposed of a massive amount of debris, cleaned up and hauled it all off. All in one day. Very responsive and explained everything very well.

Mission was recommended by the previous owners when we purchased the home. Their continued service have been great. When issues do arise, the team is able to respond quickly with same day service. Given the Houston climate, it's great knowing there is help on the way. The technicians have also been super respectful, not pushy on services, proper documentation provided with photo descriptions, detailed explanation of HVAC issues in layman's terms. Overall, very satisfied with services provided by Mission.

I always like to support local businesses, so when we started having a few plumbing issues, I found a few companies via a Google search and Mission AC & Plumbing was one of them. Damar from Mission came out at the scheduled time and looked at a few of our pipes under sinks that were needing repair. He was extremely patient and was able to explain exactly what repairs needed to be done. We will be getting a few more estimates, but Damar and Mission’s customer service are excellent. Highly recommend!

Great company and their technicians are super knowledgeable! Seth and Juan were awesome and fixed everything and explained everything throughly. I give each of the 5/5 stars! I liked them so much I joined as a member! Definitely give them call if you need help with your HVAC and or Water heaters.

I basically needed a second opinion on my new system to confirm it is it working correctly, did I set up thermostat correctly (very high level one), etc. Very impressed with James and his knowledge of my new Daikin system. These new systems are very different than typical HVACs, and James is very familiar with the new systems. He was very thorough, professional and took time to explain everything in clear "layman" detail. I also was impressed with the level of customer service when I called in the service request and the follow up. Found Mission Air by Google search, and read all the reviews on Google, Yelp and Nextdoor... all were very high ratings, and I can honestly say that based on my experience, the high ratings are very well-deserved.
