Eric our repairman was very experienced and found the problem very quick did all the necessary testing and replaced the needed components and some wiring and had us going in no time. Prompt freindly excellent service. And reasonable price. Couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend...thank you.

Doesn't get any better then this. Called at 4:06pm about A/C blowing hot air. Tech arrived at 4:30pm. Diagnosed issue, provided quote and by 4:58 pm the A/C unit was fixed and blowing cold air. Just incredible service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They installed our entire system several years ago and everything went perfectly! Anytime we’ve ever had an issue they were there immediately and fixed our problem quickly! Always a fair price and very professional. They will always be our household air-conditioning and heating company!

Aaron's came out to our house in under an hour, which is outstanding. Ruben quoted me $250 over the phone, and my bill was even lower than that. As a contractor myself, I can assure you that's a good sign. Both Roy and Ruben were very professional and informed us of the issues our unit was having. I would recommend these guys to anyone and I'm thankful I chose to go with them.

After receiving such great service the first time, I decided to use them again. Aaron literally hung up in my face after I told him I wanted to verify the service fee with my husband first and I would call back in a few. (Husband was at work). Anyway I let my husband know the fee for the other company and they will be fixing the issue.

Aaron is the best! His team did a great job on my installation. Aaron was prompt & professional about service maintenance on my unit. Overall, we are very happy with our new A/C unit.

I contacted this company regarding an HVAC issue after previously being told I may have a refrigerant leak. I was advised to wait until colder weather for repair, which I did.

Now that temperatures have increased, my AC is no longer cooling properly—even overnight—and I’ve made multiple attempts to reach the company, including leaving an emergency message. Unfortunately, I have not received a response.

At this point, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up, especially given the urgency of the situation. I would recommend improving responsiveness, particularly for existing customers needing service.

Called, left message, no one has ever called me back. They are avoiding me because they don't want to fix the problem.

HVAC Services of Texas is useless when it come to any services they provide. I had a home built and HVAC Services of Texas put in the AC/Furnace into our home. If it was my choice I wouldn't have chosen them, but the builder did. Anyway, my home was built in 2023 and this July of 2025 my AC went out. I called HVAC Services of Texas since they put in the AC and was able to speak to an afterhours person and left a detail message on what the issue was and my contact info. I never did receive a call back that evening or the following day. I called again the next day during business hours and spoke to a gentlemen and he took all my information and again never received a call back that day or any days following. My husband also called and was given the run around and all the personnel did was take our information and never let us speak to anyone about the issue. We then had to resort to contact another AC vendor who immediately came out and reported the issue to us and said that a faulty part was the issue and also the setup from HVAC Services of Texas. We ended up paying out of pocket due to never being able to communicate with HVAC Services at all. Their customer service doesn't deserve any stars much less the installers to the company managers. After having to pay over $1800 plus due to the AC issue we still have not been able to reach anyone at HVAC Services of Texas. I am making sure my home builder is aware as well as you not to use this company. Shady is the word for this company. Call me back and remedy this situation and lets get the ball rolling on this issue that was created due to faulty lack of good work. Don't use this company because if you do then they ghost you and don't want anything to do with you afterwards.

If I could give them 1/2 or no stars I would, we only called them because our building company highlighted them as the company to use. Be warned they will never call you back or take so long to even reply to your initial call. DR Horton, pick a better company, this company doesn't know what basic customer service it.

Terrible service and zero communication. HVAC Services of Texas is the emergency contractor assigned by LENNAR, but they do not return calls or follow up — even after repeated messages and service requests. For a company that’s supposed to handle urgent home HVAC issues, their lack of response is completely unacceptable.

I’m now organizing a neighborhood petition to present to our HOA asking them to switch to a more dependable HVAC provider. Homeowners deserve better than being ignored when we need help the most.

Might be a good AC Company, but your techs have poor customer service and bad judgement. As I moved my vehicle off the street for commercial yard service day…they pulled right up front & parked 2 vans as the landscapers were working…I asked them politely to move down a bit & the negative verbal confrontation began. Thank you to the office for having the crews move. By the way the service address was 1 block over & 6 houses down and 1 nicer crew member did pick up your rags.
