Gulf Coast Air installed the HVAC in our newly-constructed home in 2000. We used them exclusively for 24 years for all HVAC repairs and maintenance. This week, the HVAC furnace control board failed. Gulf Coast sent a technician who installed a new board incorrectly, causing the circuit breaker to trip multiple times as he randomly connected different wires. When I called the office to ask that the tech be replaced with another more competent one, I was told to find a new HVAC firm to work with. I did just that.

First time using Gulf Coast AC, and they did not disappoint. Quick and professional. Called them on Saturday, they were here to diagnose on Monday, found an additional problem but everything was completed by Wednesday. Definitely calling these guys for ALL our AC need going forward.
