It turned out the appointment was unnecessary, but I was satisfied with the service. The technician was helpful and took time to explain what I needed to know. This was contracted with a home warranty company, but I'd call them again on my own.

Although Emanuel wasn’t able to fix the unit because they didn’t have the parts. He was very honest and transparent as to what my problem was. He was very professional and nice.

They came to fix a small leak now my whole ceiling is leaking and my bathroom is flooding. Terrible customer service.

Update: they came back to “fix the leak” and it’s still worse than before they were hired. And now my ac doesn’t work at all.

When we called them for the warranty as they “fixed” that cracked pan that was leaking, they claimed the warranty didn’t cover. Mind you this is less than 24 hour is the repair

Unfortunately, our experience was NOT A GOOD ONE WHAT SO EVER! He came in was in a hurry to get in and out of our house quickly. We paid the Service Free before he did anything then He was here for all of 5mins! He put 2lbs of Freon and said it will take 4 hours to cool and if anything else is wrong to call them back and left. He didn’t inspect anything or go over anything specific. We will DEFINITELY call the Main Office and put a complaint to both their office & our Service Warranty Company.

Part 2. Tech came out a 2nd time and tried to tell me the electrical connection outside was loose. Implied it caused the condenser to turn off every 30mins and that i probably didnt notice. Been an electrician for 24 years so I knew that was non sense but he didnt speak good English so all communication was mostly done through phone translation app on his phone.

Their home office assured me that if I set my thermostat at 65 degrees and all day it doesn't drop below 74 then the issue is solved on their end. Told tech i couldn't barely feel any air flow and he said they dont deal with that. Didn't check baffles in attic or investigate any further. They fail to realize even after explaining the only reason inside house was 74 is because the outside temp dropped and running the fan alone was helping with the temp. Long story short complete waste of time and money. After the first appointment I forgot to mention the tech tried to upsale me a 6500 dollar new unit and a 25 dollar a month service plan. Why in the world would I do any of those after this service 🤔

Tech came out charged me 75 dollars and my ac is still not working. 75 is over priced for not getting the repair

Worst company ever. Negligent. they came to fix a repair and a small cracked pan and now my whole ceiling is leaking in my bathroom is getting flooded. Before they left, they were asked if anything else needed repaired and they said no their response to this incident after they “” fixed.” The AC was that it will dry. My ceiling is puckering and the paint is peeling. I’ve already used three towels for how much water is now leak leaking the initial leak crack As bad until after they came. The woman on the phone had a terrible attitude, and they are very negligent. Do not take any

Emmanuel did an excellent job fixing my ac unit. He was very accommodating with my time and availability. Coming on a Friday late afternoon and taking his time to figure out what my ac issue was is fantastic. I will rate Emanuel 10 stars if I could.

I called due to my upstairs heater not properly heating. I took a screenshot of the thermostat set at 72 but temp was 63 with the heater blowing all night. After repairing, I took another screenshot with the heater set at 76 and the actual temperature was 76.
Excellent communications, punctual, very clear with diagnosis and solution. I would definitely call again, recommend and refer. Thank you for honest service and excellent customer service.

the furnace wiring is wrong, although the technician insisted it right.

he use cooling fan (fastest) in my heat slot to 'fix' the overheat problem, of course it will fix the symptom because cooling fan is fastest. however, my cooling mode now used medium blower motor, which could potentially hurt my AC (condensor coil may frozen to ice and stop working) . here i attach the wiring guide (just printed in the furnace panel ) and what technician did (gray should connect to 3rd slot which is cooling).

i will contact home warranty again

Technician Emanual was very prompt on his arrival, courteous and inquired of my concern. He proceeded his probe, which took several minutes, and finally determined that my old thermostat, which was not working properly, would have to be replaced. Upon my approval, he installed a new thermostat, versed me on the use and operation of the unit, rechecked the AC/HEAT unit and concluded his task. He was very professional and efficient.

Emmanuel fixed my heater within minutes of his arrival. He triple checked that the system worked and even shot the vents with a temp gun throughout the house a couple times to ensure everything was working properly. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
