I have been doing business with Superlative Services for fifteen years. Greg and his team have provided excellent irrigation and drainage for our yard when we have tried other drainage and watering systems that just didn't meet our needs or were absurdly expensive. Recently we were having difficulty with too much shade in our yard from a very large oak tree. Greg was able to have his crew trim the oak that reduced the shade and provided enough sunlight to renew the lawn and save the oak tree. If we have irrigation, drainage or landscaping needs, we use the Superlative Service Team. I know we can count on them to do the job right and at a fair price. Brian S.

We have used Superlative Service for nearly 20 years, primarily for the installation modification and maintainable of our irrigation systems to suit our changing needs. It was our complete satisfaction with the people and their work that recently led us back to Superlative to seek their help on a broader, more expansive project: the renovation and implementation of new hardscaping, landscaping, and irrigation for three garden areas. We brought our ideas to the Superlative team. They walked all areas with us, listened to our thoughts, asked great questions about things we didn’t know to think about, and developed a plan and budget for executing our vision with their expertise.
Superlative thought of everything. The project was completed beyond our expectations. They were easy to work with, flexible to adjust to our occasional change, and willing to handle every detail. We finished on time and within budget. And it looks amazing! Many thanks to Greg, Rachel, Noah and Francisco.

This is the second time we have used Superlative and we have been very please with both jobs (first a drainage project and this time a complete work over of our main sprinkler valves and main water line to our home.)

Rachael and her team are amazing. They came to fix an improperly installed Irrigreen system that another vendor had messed up. Not only was Rachael incredibly organized and so easy to correspond with, her crew did quite a bit of digging and my lawn looks like nothing was ever touched. Incredible!

I met Noah Bynum (Head of operations) from Superlative Services by chance when I was outside watering my from lawn one late morning. He was very friendly and suggested that I water earlier in the morning to avoid burning of the grass from the sun.

I asked him if he could replace my broken sprinkler controller timer unit. I had been procrastinating on this replacement for a while but thought it was a good opportunity to do so.

He gave me an exceptional deal on a complete replacement unit and installed it in a timely fashion.

It was great having working controller timer unit, however over the next year the WiFi part of the unit never worked well.

Recently I discovered that I had a broken sprinkler head and possible leak in one of my sprinkler zones due to some water accumulation in the grass on the side of my home.

Noah came to my home and was able to find some issues and fix them. I also advised him of the issue I was having with the rain bird WiFi controller and he was able to take back the rain bird and install a new Hunter unit at an exceptional value for me. No problems so far with the new Hunter unit.
The price for the professional repairs were very reasonable.

A few days past and I noticed a spot where water was still accumulating so I called Noah back and advised him of the issue. He walked me through the steps he needed me to do to try to determine where the leak was coming from before he could come back out to my home.

Noah came back out with another one of his crew and was able to pinpoint the leak and repair it!

I received top notch service from Noah and his crew from Superlative Services. His knowledge and friendliness is awesome and goes the extra mile. I’m a customer for life!

Rachael, Noah and Francisco are incredible! I've used Superlative Service twice in the last year for irrigation repair work. The first was to replace a backflow preventer, the second to fix a couple of leaks.

The first time, Francisco and his crew came out to replace the backflow. They did a fine job by me. Two days later, Noah calls me and profusely apologizes, stating the work was not done to code. He had Francisco out the next day to increase the height of the backflow preventer. This is incredible service, being that the replacement was not done correctly. They immediately corrected action, in a timely fashion.

The second time, Noah came out late on a Friday evening to inspect my leak. I was appreciative he did this on his own personal time. A week later, Francisco was back. Francisco is extremely friendly, and knowledgable. He explained all the work he was doing, and helped me understand why the fix was needed. He repaired the leaks within 4 hours.

I very much appreciate the work and service Superlative offers, and they are now my go-to for any irrigation needs. Thanks, Superlative Service team!

We had a leak that was very difficult to find. Had multiple layers and years of concrete and different coverings. They were able to come in. Find the irrigation leak and get us on a plan to get everything fixed. Excellent service excellent work.

Noah has been a dream to work with. He visits the location, assesses types of bushes/color needed and recommends proper varieties for sun exposure. Almost the next day Francisco shows up with his crew and a truck load of bushes to be planted. Noah communicated with him exactly where everything was to go and it got done. Very pleasant crew and so easy to work with. Greg has passed me on to a very reliable succession for Superlative Services.
