I just had two Mediterranean Fan palms planted and had our Medjool date palms trimmed today. The palms look great and Israel and his crew were very friendly and helpful. Patrick was very helpful in helping use choose cold hard palm tree that look fantastic.The selection of palms at Verdant is the best in Houston and I always feel comfortable calling concerning care of my trees even years after purchase.

We have a strong interest in investing in landscaping for our properties. We have worked with some other firms in the past, but this was the first time we worked with Verdant. This experience Working with Verdant Tree Farms was a very pleasurable first time interaction. We have nothing but five star comments for these guys. Mike, he set us up with the trees and scheduled. Communication was perfect throughout the process. Israel came in and installed them with his team. You cannot even tell they came in and out of the property. Very happy! My wife & I bought an American Sycamore tree from Verdant on July 2nd and our experience from the day of purchase thru the installation/planting was excellent. At their office Mike Turner helped us pick out the best specie of tree that met our needs & desires. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Easy to talk to. I found the same to be true of the crew that came & planted the tree. The head of the crew, Israel, was also very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and very friendly. My wife & I are very happy to have a nice tree in our baren back yard & feel at ease that we can just call them when we have concerns, issues, or questions about if we are caring for it properly.

Mike and Team did an amazing job educating us on what trees to get, and then installing our trees. Great experience with Verdant!!

Best Palm Tree Company in Houston Area. I needed certified Medjool Date Palms. I went to several places. Most could not meet the criteria. Mike @ Verdant came out gave me a great price with the proper documentation. They do exactly what they say and go the extra mile. Best Ever

After the freeze February 2021 my grandmothers exotic tree died and verdant Tree Farm was the only place in Houston with this specific tree! They were extremely helpful from the beginning of researching the tree and the install. You guys truly made a sweet old lady heart melt! We are completing a very large backyard project and used Verdant Tree Farm to install 9 12’-15’ mule palms and 4 12’ birds of paradise. Through the process Mike and team were flexible with the unavoidable weather and project delays. We finished the install today and the work crew was extremely polite and very efficient. Less than half a day and all were installed, braced, fertilized and watered! Hats off to Israel and his team and thanks to Verdant Tree farm. In a world where customer service is uncommon, this team went over and beyond.

This is the place and these are the people anyone looking for a tree should be talking with. Had my choice between three River Birch trees and any of them would have been good. Family business years in this same location with knowledgeable people who understand trees, customer service and integrity. They say what they are going to do and then they do it. They arrived on time with the tree we selected and did their work well. Instructions for taking care of the new tree are clear and simple. Say hello to Carrie or Mike who handle sales and customer service. Their tree farm is on Barker Cypress near Clay and you can select your tree from their inventory if you desire.

Almost a year ago, we purchased three Medjool date palms from Verdant. Unfortunately one of them had transplant shock. We notified Verdant as soon as the problem emerged and kept Verdant in the loop. Although the tree did not robustly recover, Verdant honored its warranty and replaced the tree at no cost to us. We are very happy and highly recommend Verdant Tree Farm.

I cannot say enough good things about our Verdant experience. The service from our first visit through after the install has been impeccable. We had some last minute changes due to spacing, needed extra stonework (they had to call 5 stone yards to find a match), and needed irrigation work. Patrick was very easy to reach and communicate with throughout the process. Our installation foreman, Frank, was incredibly kind and patient while I wanted to see a tree rotated or scooter to the right, or maybe the left, or maybe where it started. I’m not always easy to deal with, but they were amazing from beginning to end. Also... look at my trees! I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

Went in for a new tree without really knowing what to replace in the front yard. Very informative and helpful in choosing the best tree. Ordered a tree and Installation was very quick. Appreciated the installers professionalism and knowledge and on giving the care instructions. Highly recommend!

I’ve been waiting since January 2018 to write this review (it’s now April 2019). I bought 19x mature ~50gal Loblolly Pines and 1x 200gal Live Oak from Patrick at Verdant Tree Farms. He was super helpful when it came to picking out our trees and listening to what we wanted. We came in for Pines and left with a live oak on Patrick’s suggestion. He and his crew showed up on time, delivered and planted our trees, and were super respectful to take care of our yard during and after the process. Why did I wait so long to write a review for him? I wanted to wait out the 1 year warranty he provides first (and he was very responsive and helpful during that time when I had questions and concerns); second, I wanted to wait into the following spring to see what actually lived through the first year and the winter. Everything. Patrick brings out quality trees and backs them up just like he should. Anyone questioning whether to load up your yard with big trees, spend your money with Verdant Tree Farm, listen to their instructions on how to care for them, and relax. You’re in great hands. Wonderful company. Purchase and installation was very smooth. Staff very helpful. Palm trees are not inexpensive but this company stands behind their work and are just a phone call away if you have questions. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but great things to say about my entire experience with Verdant tree farm. I reached out to them via email on their website saying that I had a basic design of a flower bed layout and needed a tree for a specific area that i'd like to have installed. Mike sent me recommendations via email and we discussed a few options. I went to visit to see what trees they had in stock. Mike directed me toward two trees- a mountain laurel and a red bud tree. Eventually I selected two trees and also worked with Mike to select all of the various shrubs for the backyard as well! Hydrangeas, azaleas, texas sage, roses- Mike selected all of them and their variations and the crew came and laid soil, the shrubs and mulch this past Wednesday. They cleaned up the edges of the prepared beds and worked super fast- they verified the placement with me before planting and left a clean, beautiful backyard I'm so happy with it!!! Thank you Mike and the Verdant tree farm team!! I can't wait till I get to the front yard next year. :)
