This is like the 4th time I've had Superlative Service out for irrigation repair work. Rachael and Greg are fantastic people and do an incredible job of communicating schedule and the work needed to be done. Their techs are all very friendly and do great work. Moved into a house where the previous owner had done most of the work himself. This meant that there was some gardening projects that resulted in constant flooding above the foundation line and into the house during heavy storms.

I called a few vendors, and Superlative Service was the one I chose. Not only did they end up with a lower cost, but they told me they could have the project done in one day.

Noah came by and gave an estimate that was 30% cheaper than the nearest price, and they did an excellent job. He had his crew come over the next day and finished two drains, two drain boxes, a trench and poured new concrete all in 12 hours.

I wanted to wait to write my review until after six months and plenty of flash floods and storms. Haven’t had a single issue, and the photos I attached are 6 months after the install so you can see how well they’ve held up.

I will be a repeat customer for life.

It's horrible... they have absolutely nothing there! It's just a big emptying space.

I couldn't find what I needed today and the gentleman in the garden center helped me find everything I needed. Check out was fast.

I went in looking for a particular glue, but had trouble finding adhesives. No one asked me if I needed help, but I only walked the length of the store once (and half back). When I wandered over to the gardening section, an employee greeted me. Got all I needed and more.

They always show up when they're supposed to and don't try to rip us off by coming right after it's rained to mow.

I recently contacted this company online and made a request for service, which is the second time I contacted this company over the last few months. In both cases, no one called me. Obviously, this not good customer service and clearly they have too much business.

Shaun seemed like a nice guy. Came out for an estimate, took notes and told me he would get back to me. Never heard from him again even after multiple texts and phone calls.

The original reason behind hiring this company was; they were local, seemed friendly AND said they would work with me on the landscaping so I could budget it.
Normally I would have done these items myself, however being disabled and a veteran I decided Pristine would free up time and reduce the aggrivation. It did not.
After three years of service, I was forced to cancel due to breech of contract. It seems the owner decided it was ok to show up, check the chemicals in the pool then leave NOT cleaning or even brushing the pool. I asked for bids to improve my landscaping. Never receiving them, because i did not want to put in a sprinkler system. I have a very large dead spot on my front yard, that pristine REFUSED to acknowledge even though they walked over it weekly for 2 years, Pristine even told me they "hadn't noticed" it. to correct the problem would take about 2 yards of dirt and some sod, half hour tops.
The yard crew was fair, won't move anything in the way i.e.; dog toys, hose etc. They just mow around it. AND blow clippings in to the pool not thinking about the exit port on the mower. I had my hedges trimmed after having the crew return to correct the problem twice, I still have a 2" slope over 10' of boxwood hedge.
In short even if they gave me free service for a year I would NOT consider this service. Should you decide to take a chance... Count your fingers when ever they come over.
