Pristine has been my lawn and pool maintenance provider since 2019. I stopped for some years for financial reasons and I just restarted their services in 2026 and OH MY! 😍 They never fail to impress! Such quality and attention to details is rarely seen in lawn maintenance providers anymore. The pricing is very fair as well. It’s also a plus that they do both landscaping and pool service.

Not a good experience for me ! I am a landscaper / tree service company . So I recommended this place ( bad mistake ) to a client that wanted to purchase a tree . So we went to find her a tree at VERDANT 👎🏽🤌🏾. We spoke with Jared and he was very professional and was very knowledgeable about trees . My client found a tree she liked and decided to buy a 45 gallon Live Oak. She walked out paying over $500 and Jared mentioned if we needed Top soil he could hook us up so we told Jared we would be back Saturday . We didn’t make it by on Saturday so I called and spoke to Jared and he told me it was fine see you Monday . I showed up with my trailer/ straps to pick up the Tree and no one seemed to know where the tree was located . Jared tagged it but wasn’t at the location so I told the guy I knew where it was located . So we loaded the tree on my trailer . I spoke to an employee who was walking around and told him Jared said I can have some top soil He responded saying Yes you can go to the back and get a bucket full that should be all you need. I drive to the back and spoke to another guy on forklift . He told me call the office . I called and asked the owner if I could get a bucket of dirt for the tree my client purchased . He responded by saying we sell dirt by the yard . So I told him my client just bought a tree from you and spend almost $500.00 . You can’t give her a bucket of top soil . He said all I can tell you is go down the street to Ace Hardware and buy it by the bag . So I told him don’t you think I know that I just assumed that if someone spent $500.00 you could at least give them a little dirt. Believe me it goes a long way when you treat people like you appreciate there business . I will not recommend anyone to your business ! Go spend your hard earned money at a place that deserves your MONEY ! Yes I went to buy 2 bags of top soil from a friendlier place ! lol

I have to say we really enjoyed dealing with Mike for the purchase of our 3 Florida sabals. Having just moved to Houston 6 months ago and with the freeze depleting the foliage off 3 tall Washingtonias on our newly purchased property, I really wanted to install the only palm tree that didn't flinch during the historic freeze: the Florida Sabal. They are also very pretty palm trees. :) I called Verdant for a quote and really enjoyed chatting with Mike the first time, not to mentioned getting quoted a very good price. We subsequently scheduled a visit to the tree farm and he advised he was getting a new truck with sabals from Florida a week later, and that he would give us first pick off the truck. A week later we contacted Mike and went to see the new palms. It was right after a couple of rainy days so it was extremely muddy where the trees were. Mike offered to drive us there in his truck so we don't get dirty and also helped us hose down our muddy shoes (we had to get off the truck to look at the trees, even though he was kind enough to offer doing all the work himself while being directed by us from the truck). We chose our 3 Sabals and scheduled an install of a couple of months later. He overdelivered on the install as he surprised us with an early install this week! He came over with his head installer to make sure the trees were getting installed where we wanted them and his crew finished the work in a couple of hours. They also added fertilizer to our Mediterranean palms that are starting to come back. Mike was incredibly pleasant to deal with - he has a great sense of humor, is very personable, shares a lot of advice upon request and I felt like I was always talking to an old friend whenever I dealt with him. For this reason, and for the beautiful palms we now have in our back yard oasis, I will come back to Verdant in the future. BUT! only if I can deal with Mike again. ;)

This is my second palm purchase in about two years from VTF and both times were positive. The staff is really hard working and the plants are good quality. My install proved difficult due to access, but they figured a way. It took them a little longer, but the plants were put in without injury and they worked diligently to protect my hardscape and pool. Even after I discovered a problem after the installation that was caused by them, they worked to get the issue fixed. I will buy from them again in the future when I need large plants, especially palms.

We have recently purchased two beautiful Medjool palm trees from Verdant. We are very pleased with the installation process and their professionalism from top level and down to the crews, who installed those two magnificent palm trees with tender love and care. Patrick at Verdant Tree Farm was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a tree I bought from Patrick die within two weeks due to shock and Patrick honored his replacement policy and agreed to replace the tree after I promptly reported the event. I have spent a considerable amount of money on trees and shrubs from Patrick and I am very happy with quality and outcomes.

We bought 3 Pindo Palms to go behind our pool. We wanted some that were about 6' tall so Mike ordered them in. The ones they had in stock were great but a little shorter. Mike is very knowledgable and helpful. This business, unlike others, doesn't mark up their trees double and triple the reasonable price, and then put them at 50% off. The trees were very reasonable and included planting. The men planting them didn't damage any of our pool deck or other landscaping which was amazing. We had a very tight path back to the pool area. Highly recommend this tree farm or any palms you may need or other types of trees!

If there was a way to give a Higher rating than 5 I would do it! First I must begin by saying that its exactly 1 year since I bought my tree.

I bought a very healthy tree but apparently my soil was not healthy so slowly it started showing bad signs and got diseased.
I contacted Mike and Patrick and they consistently advised me on what to do.
Patrick made an effort and literally came to examine the tree . He was constantly following up with me and responded ALWAYS to all my texts.

Patrick and Mike advised me on how to water my tree .I also got my trees attacked by FUNGI! and that was not fun! But guess what Patrick knew just what to do, he advised me what to get; all he wanted to was to see a satisfied customer.

Beginning of spring this year , i noticed new leaves on my tree and now my tree has many green leaves!! I am a very satisfied customer. I have been in communication with this company for 1 year so I am talking out of experience.

I advise anyone wanting to purchase trees to purchase them here. You will meet very good and knowledgeable people.

After the freeze in 2021, I needed to replace dead queen and fan palms. I visited a few tree farms and nurseries in the Houston area. After visiting Verdant, I knew this was the place to purchase from. Verdant had by far the largest selection of mule palms (and at a significantly lower price) than the other businesses I looked at.

Verdant was very clear on the expectations for removal of the dead trees. When the install team arrived, they were professional and did a great job.

Six months after planting, one of the mule palms looked unhealthy. Contacted Verdant as soon as the palm didn't look healthy (this is required for warranty). After monitoring the palm for a few weeks, it finally died. Verdant replaced the mule palm at no cost. Overall, very impressed with Verdant's service and definitely recommend them.

We don’t recommend Verdant Tree Farm. We purchased a little Japanese Blueberry tree in March 2021. It’s September 2021 and it’s already dead. The customer service is awful! The owner is very rude. You can see in other one star reviews how he handles a unhappy customer. He was yelling at me and blamed me. No solutions. I was so sick to my stomach I had to hang up on him. We will take this $700 loss and move forward with a more professional company. A very terrible experience! They do not stand behind their warranty!

Because of the hard freeze this winter we had to replace our Bottlebrush trees and a Sago Palm with a Crape Myrtle. Our experience at The Verdant Tree Farm was excellent. Both Patrick and Michael were extremely helpful in helping us pick the trees we needed and at a very fair price. We were very pleased wit the experience and will be return customers.

Need trees? Palms? You got to get to Verdant! Their selection is the BEST in the city! Aside the great selection, I can personally attest to the service that they provide once you purchase your tree or other product. I purchased a vase fountain from Verdant and the installation from beginning to end was so easy!

We purchased 3, 30 gallon Eagleston Hollies from Verdant the Fall of 2021. This Spring, 2022, one of the trees was not doing well with lots of dead branches, dropping leaves and quite thin compared to the other 2. I contacted Mike and he came out to see the tree a couple of days later. He suggested a particular fertilizer, which my husband got and put on the tree. About 6 weeks later we weren't seeing any significant improvement and I contacted Mike again to tell him. He immediately said "Come by and pick out another tree.", which we did. They arranged to have it planted within 2 weeks. The crew arrived with Chris in charge. He was so nice and even re-dug the hole to position the new tree in a better location compared to the other trees. We are very happy with the service received from Patrick and Mike and would definitely recommend them for your landscape needs. They do stand behind their 1 year warranty.

Working with Patrick was more than delightful. First contact was on the phone where his personality and attention to details was excellent. We followed up with a personal visit where Patrick slogged through water and mud to pick out the best of each variety we selected. While I thought the prices were high, Verdant's trees were bigger and fuller than those we had seen at two other nurseries, whose prices were similar. Patrick advised us not to buy 2 trees I had also intended to buy, because they were' suited to my purpose. He willingly told me when we were beyond his 18 mo of experience and brought in his foreman to answer my questions. Installation prices were significantly lower than we had been quoted by a local nursery. So even when adding in the cost of delivery, the pricing was comparable to those of the local tree nursery for smaller stock and its three month guarantee rather than the year warranty Verdant provides. Installation is to be done within the week-- an immediate gratification. Excellent service with high quality trees, plus supporting a veteran makes this a five star rating. Another rating after the installation will follow.

Mike was fabulous and helped select trees last year for my niece and me. We had 2 trees that needed to be replaced and the Team went out of their way to help us find replacements.
We upgraded one to a much larger tree, switched the other to a different tree type and I ended up getting a Catawba Crepe Myrtle as well!
They deliver, plant and warranty the trees they install.
The team was super helpful and I would recommend Verdant Tree Farm to anyone looking to increase their home’s value with beautiful and mature trees!

Great service start to finish. When I spoke with them over phone they were very helpful and knowledgeable. When we came to choose trees a different gentleman spent a lot of time making sure we got what we wanted. And today the installation was on time and done much faster than I had anticipated. we got a large live oak and medium red oak. Beautiful

I have been Verdant’s customer for more than 10 years and they have always been very helpful and friendly.
Recently, I visited their office to discuss the issue with one of my Palm tree. I simply showed them the photos of the trees and within 3 days they replaced the tree to my satisfaction.
I found Carrie as a very friendly and helpful person who is equally well supported by Mike. So my thanks and best wishes to them.

We worked with Mike and he was a great help in picking out the best trees to replace ones lost in the Feb. freeze. He was knowledgeable and guided us to appropriate, hardier trees. They have a huge selection. When it came time for the installation, the crew was professional, efficient, and very conscientious about digging and cleaning the work areas. They made sure I liked the placement of the trees and they gave me clear instruction on how to water and care for them. We'd definitely use Verdant Tree Farm again.

From the nursery gallop to the final mulch layer, 10/10. These guys know how to plant a tree the right way.
