First off let me explain that these people are on the ball when it comes to knowledge in plumbing. They were able to identify a part manufactured in 1970 and get it ordered for me in about 15 min. The problems started when they ordered it from a different store and the other store turned out not to have it in Stock like they claimed. No big deal, seems like a pretty small issue right? Well it wasn't for them. They waited until I called them a week later to figure out that they needed to order it from the manufacturer. This time they said they would send me a tracking number so I would find out exactly when it came it. Well they never sent the number to me. The part finally came in today (2 weeks late) and no one called to tell me, so when I called to cancel my order they told me my part just got in. I'd leave a 2 1/2 star if I could because like I said earlier these guys are smart, they just sucked at customer service.

Went to this place on a referral. They had exactly what I wanted in the finish I wanted. The only thing is there was one part they did not have. They were very helpful and nice. Otherwise I would give them a 5 stars. Getting a job done right before Christmas is quite a task. And almost a miracle.

No problem w the supply shop but went into the showroom TWICE about several items we wished to purchase and they never got back to us (twice). They had my email/phone number from a prior $4000 purchase and never bothered to call with a quote or to follow up on our requested purchase.
How can you sell anything when your salespeople have no follow through or can demonstrate proper customer service. Just silly, went elsewhere for our other items.

Today I waited over 20 minutes to be spoken to, after I waited in a long line of plumbers. Then I tried to call for an appointment to see the showroom- no one answered the phone, and the mailbox was full! I received a return call from my email 5 hours later. This was after the first salesman promised me I would receive an email in a few minutes. I bought somewhere else.

My experience was easily 5 stars. Every time I've walked in I was helped immediately. I sat down with Allison and she was an absolute MVP!! She had so much patience as we pieced together 4 bathrooms for a higher-end remodel; over the course of three or four separate occasions. The knowledge she had left us truly impressed as she mix and matched various brands to give us the best deal possible. Moore Plumbing also has some exclusive lines I highly recommend starting here even if you decide to hunt for cheaper pieces on your own. They always had valves in stock for me when I needed them on the spot. I ended coming back to purchase because of the costumer service and peace of mind. I will definitely be coming back on all my future remodels. I am a contractor so it wouldn't be my first time dealing with a plumbing supply.

Walked in looking for a waterfall tub faucet we needed in a hurry. Spoke with Allyson who not only answered our questions - she helped us piece together a faucet, sink, disposal, etc for a kitchen remodel! Excellent advice and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!
