**UPDATE 02/19/21 I wrote what I did below a few weeks ago, this is only to ratify the 5 stars, they know that the region was hit by the winter storm and as a precaution measure the authorities say to cover pipes to prevent them from bursting, it went out to the cold to cover mine and my surprise Ruben had done it as part of his service time ago !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Christmas Eve we discovered our water pipe had frozen and then ruptured. They came out made the repair without charging a holiday surcharge. They were polite and quick. 10/10 would recommend.

Wow!!! This company is very professional, honest, and will fit your budget. We had a very bad leak in our yard. We contacted another company about the leak and was quoted almost double what we paid, with Best Rates! Not only was it a good price, but they were very quick in response and service. It is sometimes hard to find a good company to do a job well. However, Best Rates, went above and beyond in their customer service!!! We thank God for sending them to us, right on time!!! Reuben did a great job for us. He quickly found and fixed the source of water usage that had really increased our water bill. He arrived on time, was thorough in searching for the leak source, and made sure we saw and understood what he’d done. His price was very reasonable, too.

01/17/24 Called them back out for a burst pipe during the freeze and they were quick to add me to their schedule and get my water back on. Best plumbers in Houston!

I was having issues with the shower faucet, leaking so much. I called this morning for an estimate and was asked to send a picture and a brief description of the issue. They sent the technician the same day and on time. The technician named Jose was so professional, and polite and fast to finish his job. I would totally recommend to all my friends and family. If you want honest professional work done and good price I would totally recommend them. Very pleased with fast response and fast services. Will call them for any other services when needed.

Reached out to this number to hopefully get a better offer on repairing a plumbing issue with our washer machine; after serval pricey estimates from more well know companies, for simply looking at the issue, and by pricey I mean 1k+, we spoke to Ruben. He was very kind, and attentive, provided me a very fair estimate to come review our issue. He worked diligently, and after roughly four hours, he repaired a broken pipe, and our plumbing was back in working order. Ruben was exceptionally knowledgeable about his work, and it definitely shows! Our final price for the repair was still considerably less than the more well known plumbing repair companies, running less than 600! In closing remarks if you’re in a bind and need quality repair, give them a call!

I had a great experience with the whole crew when installing my new tankless water heater. Ruben, Chris, and Jose showed up on time, very cheerful, and ready to work. They were all professional, explained the process before and after, and were fast! They even went above and beyond to help with something else in my house outside of what they came to do.
