My builder hired them to remove/replace the plumbing for the kitchen sink. The gentleman who removed the parts was on time and great. Fast forward the next day when he was supposed to come back to put the parts back in after the sink was replaced, he called saying the sealing needed to dry first and that someone would be back out the next day, Saturday, between 7:30-8:30 am. I'm not living at the house yet so I had to go through the trouble of arranging for my parents to be there. 9:30 rolls around and still nobody's come. My builder gave me the main line to call and the person on call spent most of the call saying "no" every time I tried to speak. He kept saying he wasn't scheduled and would only leave the house for emergencies. I tried to explain that I wasn't trying to get him to go out, I needed to find the person scheduled to be at my house to see if he's running late, or what. This was probably just a scheduling error, and that's fine, but the attitude of the on-call plumber was attrocious.

Great company, the plumber Jordan, came and helped out with a very great and friendly attitude and got the job done instantly! Would definitely recommend this company

Had a leaky faucet, Amailey came out, gave a reasonable quote, and had the problem resolved promptly.

Not a review about your service but please speak to your drivers about safety and professionalism, a white pick up truck with your logo on the side marked 24 on the back left bottom part of the tailgate area. Driver was driving erratically and almost causing accidents. When he almost hit the back of my car he began to flip me off over and over and mouthing unintelligible words, then proceeded to cut other people off after passing me.

Update... thanks for the call back, hope he understands the liability he can be driving like that with a marked company vehicle.

We had a shutoff valve failure (covered under warranty) and Morgan came to do the replacement. He was very polite and friendly and fast! He even gave us a bit of advice on how to flush our tankless water heater that should be done every 6 months (we didn't even know that was a thing!).

He came to my home during off hours, on a Sunday morning to repair and reinstall my water heater after we found a leakage the night prior. He was very responsive and did a great job. I wouldn’t consider using this company simply based on the way their drivers operate on the road. I was driving when one of their vans cut me off, nearly causing an accident. To make matters worse, the driver was on his phone while driving. If safety isn’t a priority on the road, I can’t imagine trusting them with any kind of service.

I’ve been using this company for over a decade. Jordan is a great plumber who comes to your house on time, fixes everything to the highest level and also explains what he’s doing -so I learned a lot! Five stars!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this company is. They have come to my rescue more times than I can count. They treat me with so much respect and kindness. Jordan was my most recent visitor, who came to replace a faulty garbage disposal. He did so in record time with absolutely no mess to clean up after. Jordan came out earlier today to look at a simple job of tightening my faucet handles. Without having to ask he actually asked me if he could check all in the house. Super professional and informative would totally recommend

This company had to make multiple trips to my home for toilets leaking/rocking under my homes warranty (to the point the concrete wad soaked under the flooring). The flange was installed so high that the toilets dont touch the ground once tightened down and their solution was to make up the gap with silicone as if that was going to stay in place and support the weight of kids, much less adults. You guessed it. They are leaking and rocking again because they chose silicone instead of grout. Decided after all of their failed attempts of repairing to just do it myself. If these people cant handle a simple toilet wax ring replacement and toilet install (one of the easiest jobs in plumbing), i wouldnt trust them to do anything else on a home.

Thomas was absolutely the best! We had no hot water and he got us back running in no time. He also took the time to explain what happen and answer all our questions.

I had an excellent experience with Amailey Plumbing. Gunnar, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough during the installation of my water filter system.
