Very professional and understanding in this difficult time. Had a hard time finding a plumber as all are busy and booked-up. They assured me they would add me to the wait list and do their best to get to me as soon as possible. I did inform them I was on another wait list( booked 2 weeks out just for an estimate) and they were understanding, all she asked was that we inform her in advance if we got the issue taken care of so that she could take us off the list and not send her crew to us if there was no need. I appreciate their patience and understanding. I felt the need to write a review as while I was searching I saw a previous review that was not parallel to my experience in the same situation at all! I was informed drivers would be dispatched as soon as weather permitted and that would cause a further delay in getting assistance. I was understanding as I know as a small business risking the safety of your employees as well as the liability that comes with dispatching drivers who are not trained to drive in these hazardous road conditions is not a smart idea so, I appreciate their honesty and commitment to keeping their employees safe!

I will revise once repairs are made but so far I’m satisfied with my interactions.

We've been dreading having a plumber come to our house. However, after Rigo (sp?) and his co-worker were done, I knew we could've called them sooner. They were courteous, clean, and very knowledgeable. They didn't try to up-sale us, were not outrageously expensive, did not make a huge mess, and most importantly, were able to fix our problem. They even took video of what they did! I highly recommend them! If you have a plumbing problem you're apprehensive about having investigated, don't put it off another minute! Call Joe Nettles!

They are honest and have fair pricing. Called them on Sunday to have water heater installed and they came ON TIME early Monday. Due to the age of my system, they needed to install a condenser trap and didn’t charge me extra. This is the second time I have used them and both times have proven to me that they keep their promises (time, pricing, and quality).

November 25th, day before Thanksgiving and Nettles Plumbing to the rescue!
I discovered a rusted leaky pipe under my sink. I already had a real bad leaky faucet that was also causing a big problem.

I called Mr. Nettles and he said, not a problem. Plumber arrived as promised. Very courteous and attentive. He quickly reviewed the kitchen plumbing and quickly resolved all the leaky issues. My husband and I were so relieved and astonished. GREAT JOB!

Would recommend to friends and family.

We called them New Years Eve, and they were out the same day to help us with our main supply line that froze and burst during the freeze. They showed up on time, the plumber was friendly, and everything went great! Until I received the bill...
Not only did they lie about their billing structure over the phone (they originally said it was a $200 call-out fee and then claimed it was actually $200/hour after the fact), but they also tried to charge me an extra half an hour that he had never been there for. I had to submit video evidence of him arriving and departing to prove that was not the case. I then asked for an itemized invoice since they had already tried to rob me of an extra $100 and the invoice did not list out any of the materials used, but they completely refuse. They will do anything - send past due emails, claim that they have already "discounted" the work (by removing the fraudulent charge), and tell me to never call them again - but they won't send me a simple itemized invoice so I can verify the costs are fair.
Unless you are absolutely desperate, I would not use this company. Companies and tradespeople make mistakes, but it's how they respond to them that shows their true colors. This company has shown they will do anything to squeeze an extra dollar out of you and nothing to make it right.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. Great Honest Service. They installed two toilets and a Disposal, and a Hot Water dispenser. They returned calls promptly, responded quickly and The plumber who came out performed beyond expectations. Very courteous and professional, and offered advice that was well received. The best part was, he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need

Beware of the larger companies like ARS and Village. When they come out to do a job, they really come out to sell your extra services

Where others fail - Joe Nettles Plumbing gets it done. A group of capable and talented plumbers. This company is made up of plumbers that know how to diagnose difficult problems. Through thought and sweat they can pinpoint the location of a broken drain line amid a maze of pipes,under a concrete floor. Great plumbers: sincere, honest plumbers that charge a fair price for their hard work.

These guys came out to Navasota to help us get are hot water going again. Took them about a hour. No problem for six months now. Very professional and nice to work with. Would definitely recommend Joe Nettles plumbing for any plumbing work. I am in the trucking business and deal with a lot of different contractors these guy get a 100% job well done from me.

Jordan came out today and helped me with plumbing issues throughout my house! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would def recommend him for any plumbing needs!
