They fixed a leaking valve by replacing a cartridge in the valve.

They quoted the job at a reasonable price over the phone once I gave them the scope of work. They showed up on time and did great work. Jose was even nice enough to give me some pointers on how to caulk a bathtub 😁.

It was truly amazing! I called during Christmas Eve, he handled my needs without over charging me & explained the problem to me without incident! I will definitely use this company again! Their customer service is off the charts! Excellent company & beautiful workers. I was truly impressed!!

Called them for a bathroom faucet that was not working properly. Very responsive, excellent communication, showed up reliably. They came by one day to diagnose the problem and the next to replace the faucet. I am very pleased with the result and the entire interaction.

Best Rate Plumbing Inc did a excellent job at replacing my outdoor facuit. I was driving home from work and saw the truck in my neighborhood. I flag him down and ask if he could take a look at my outdoor facuit leak. He was so kind to follow me to my address an once he examined the leak he said he could fix it for me and, it would take about 45 minutes to replace the facuit head. The job was professional done and he was completed within the 45MINS. The price was reasonable and I'm completely satisfied.

Thier name speaks for itself, my 3 year old is potty training and is a lil curious as to how a toilet works, I was referred to this company and they took care of me fast and effectively, Ruben kept close communication with me and fit me into their busy schedule! Best Rates Plumbing has done such an amazing job for us. They are honest and very knowledgeable people who do high quality work. We have 2 small children (under 5) and I am a high school science teacher, so budgeting gets very difficult when we had an unexpected expense that required us to get a plumber. They were very understanding and respectful, and I was not made to feel embarrassed by discussing my limited budget. Ruben, the manager, came out on a Saturday (same day, Labour Day weekend) at 5pm (!!), took care of our replacement valve for the refrigerator water line, and even showed me what needed to be done when installing our new refrigerator. He did not rush me when I was asking questions. He was very thorough, and professional - he used foot covers when he came into my home. He cleaned up immediately when he was finished (not much mess either!) and it was, overall, a pleasant experience with no nightmares. I trust their work, and will be recommending them to my neighbors while being a future repeat customer!

Absolutely the best! Ruben was a true professional. I contacted him and he was quick to respond, clear about expectations, and very friendly. He definitely went the extra mile with finding parts and working with us to ensure our issues were solved. We have an older house with a lot of issues and he fixed problems on both our bathtub and kitchen sink.
