Ivan came to put in a 10 gallon electric water heater up next to the sink in the kitchen. He removed the old one and installed the new one, replacing much of the water lines for the hot water and the cold water. He stayed until he had it fixed completely. He was very friendly and he swept the floor in the kitchen 2 times. He went up and beyond what was required of him and I would like to have him bak if I have other plumbing problems.

We had used Buddy's for 25 years while living in an older home in Texas City - always been satisfied.
After 14 years in a brand new home, roots had cracked the water line in my front yard. I again turned to Buddy's - they came the next day and had it repaired the following. Once again - problem solved!

Called and they came. Free estimate that others wanted $50 for, granted they waived the fee if you used them. But Buddy's didn't ask for anything but a chance for your business. Professional and quick. 5 stars!

The people who work here are always friendly and accommodating. The workers they sent to my house were as well. They advised me of the problem with my toilet running and causing my water bill to be extremely high and how to fix it. I have used this company for years and they are excellent!

I called early in the morning to book an appointment to clear a clog and I was told somebody will be in contact with me from 2-5pm. I call the office after the time passed with no call from the technician and the office staff stated the technician was running behind. Understandable.

I was promised that someone will show up late evening. It’s 8pm. No call. No show. I tried calling the office and the phone just went to voicemail.

They lied that someone would show up. If they couldn’t offer the business just be honest that they can’t so I could get another company to handle my issue.

Fantastic Service!!! Thank you so much for everything. I had two different contractors come out and tell me I needed to replace my main drain. I smelt something fishy so I called out Buddy's Plumbing for a final check. Just like I thought there was nothing wrong with my drains. Always go with you gut, I said to myself...I don't have to worry if I go with Buddy's.

Called with a clog issue in our kitchen sink. After some investigation, Daniel found our problem was caused by a nail that was hammered into our drain pipe at the time of our home’s construction. Damaged pipe was cut out and repairs were made. Work was performed in a very timely and professional manner. Highly recommend Buddy’s Plumbing!

The Plumber, Ivan, did a fantastic job. Came, figured out the problem, fixed it, all done quickly and efficiently. Also gave me a proposal for some future repairs. Great Job Ivan!! Keep up the good work, hopefully we can do business again soon.

I had severe clogged drains in my tub, toilet, and bathroom sink. The technician, Daniel, had to get on my roof and go down through the vent. He let me know in advance how much the charge would be. The tub and toilet worked just fine. But after he left, I noticed the sink was still stopped up. When I called them back, the technician came out right away and unclogged the bathroom sink with no extra charge.

We have done business with Buddy’s for years. They do excellent work, are always professional, polite, and personable. I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, but when I do, you can bet I’ll call Buddy’s.

Daniel was very helpful, very knowledgeable, worked 1 1/2 days straight through the night and day to get the hotel back on line with our boilers. They had the equipment installed, tested and fully operational. Very professional with top of line equipment, everything looked completely new. He was professional, excellent workmanship, and finished the job without delay. Very pleased customer!

Contacted the office to schedule appointment. Although they were pleasant and on time the prices are more than double what they used to charge when Axel owned the business. I have used Buddies Plumbing for 15 years concerning clean out only. The fees were always around 100$. Today's charge for the same service was $225!!! Outrageous pricing....would highly recommend checking around for better pricing!

I was thoroughly impressed by how quickly I got a response. The lady I spoke with was very kind and she was able to squeeze us as our matter was quite urgent. The plumber that came out was professional and on time and the quality of the work that was done was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone who lives out here in the Texas City area.

Called Buddy’s Plumbing last minute to install a French Drain system in our backyard before we received a potential flooding that was to hit the area. They came in quickly as possible. They dug and installed the drain system in a matter of seconds. We truly appreciate their quick response time and professionalism. And also the amazing job they did in the install of the drainage system. I would for sure recommend them to friends and family.
