I'm writing this review to let people know Buddy's is definitely NOT out to take your money!!! I called about a situation I'm in and they could have easily said yes they will do this for me, but instead explained to me that in my situation in my apartment that I have done exactly what they would have pretty much done and that there isn't a reason at this point to do anything and I would pretty much just be giving them money for nothing!!! So thank you for your honesty!!! When I need something in the future I will give you my business!!!

The technician was very pleasant and I have used Buddy's Plumbing in Texas City for decades. However, I was shocked when I received the bill for $378 for unclogging two bathroom sink drains. The technician was in my home for a total of 25 minutes. I even mentioned this as he was departing my home; wow, this was fast service for nearly $400! The cost seemed unreasonable and absurd. Especially since I had them previously in my home to remove and replace a ceramic double kitchen sink, garbage disposal and new PVC pipes installed under my sink. A job way more extensive and took two hours for almost the same cost.

I tried calling to discuss with the office but no one ever returned my call.

Disappointed.

Buddy’s Plumbing is an excellent company. Honest, fair pricing and completes. Meets appointment expectations. It’s hard for a senior citizen to find a company like this. Based in Texas City. Handy ot service Bayou Vista. I highly recommended anyone with any type of plumbing related problem to contact them. They’re on of the best I’ve ever used.

This business is excellent! The woman on the phone was helpful and the two gentlemen who arrived, promptly I may add, were equally helpful. We had a pipe leak right next to the water meter and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and also let me know their price before anything was done. The work was done swiftly despite it being extremely wet and muddy due to the pipe leak. The pipe was repaired and the hole that was dug up to get to the pipe was patched up in a fairly fast manner. I do recommend using Buddy's Plumbing as they are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done very well.

Buddy’s Plumbing has been our plumber for several years and they’re the best plumbers in the area! They’re reliable, honest, professional and have very fair prices! We have multiple properties and I never hesitate to call when I have a plumbing problem! They’ve done big jobs and small jobs! I am thankful I have found a plumber with integrity and a high quality of workmanship! Don’t hesitate to call them!

They were quick and responsive. Very easy to work with. They were able to quote us, work with our home warranty program and do the work that we can afford quick and painlessly! This is the second time Buddy's Plumbing came to do a job for us and we are very satisfied for the great service they have done! Shout out to Ivan and Geo for being conscientious of our home! They deserve a raise!

The gentleman and another young man, did absolutely wonderful job.

Ron replaced some old, rusted metal pipes on a steam boiler at one of my properties. He was very professional and did everything correctly. I trusted him to do the work because of his 30+ years of experience. I'd definitely recommend him.
