I had an outstanding experience with Byrd’s Maintenance and Plumbing Services Inc. From the moment I called, their team was courteous, responsive, and professional. The technician provided information and, diagnosed the issue right away, and completed the repair efficiently.

Angela was one of the most professional persons I have ever worked with. Her team was respectful and took extreme care to assure that the job was completed on time and to our satisfaction. Her team did a complete reroute of the sewage line of approximately 120 feet of new pipe and tying into the existing line under the house. As for the price she offered the best value. Again thank you Angela and your team.

They are a joke.the guy wanted me to give him a check. I told him start to work then ill give you half then the other half on completed the job. he said yes. He send his crew to start to work but never started. good thing i never paid the guy. watch it with them

Someone from their company found my wife’s ID that I was in charge of holding onto for the night, and I failed miserably. They took the time to mail it back to me and got my wife off my back!!! Thank you for the good deed!

The demolition company used this plumbing company for the sewer cap. When the plumber arrived, he did not disclose any additional fees. However, when the bill arrived they lied that I authorized it. Overall really dishonest. Especially when they already knew the scope of the work and brought the equipment involved.

Many people waiting to see the doctor would express dislike for the staff. As a patient for 2+ years, it became apparent to me that their behavior resulted from the head doctor, Dr. Hakim, who showed little respect for women and they feared losing their jobs. If you can find another pain management doctor to see, don’t go to this one. He doesn’t listen to his patients. With women, his attitude is
“You do it because I say to do it. I am the doctor.” Well that is well and good Dr. Ego, but people have lives beyond their pain and suffering. Some have demanding jobs or maybe they are taking care of loved ones. He does NOT consider any of this in his treatment plan or in your expected waiting time to see him. He also plays politics to keep the large stream of people who may have been referred to him. Of course, with that comes hours of waiting for your 5 minutes with Dr. Hakim. I can truthfully say that he worsened my condition because he refused to continue the medication that was working. I must add that there is a Nurse Practitioner, Danne Mclane, that I had the pleasure of seeing 2-3 times before leaving the practice. She listens, she cares. If she were not under Dr. Hakim’s guidance and approval, I think she could make a difference in suffering people’s lives. Medicine as we once knew it seems to be gone. The FDA has royally fouled up the practice of medicine with there attempt to rid the nation of addicts. People who are and want to be addicts are going to continue. There will always be sources for getting drugs. The people who are suffering from the feds involvement is me and you, the patients. Write your Congressmen, or any other political figures you trust who can help us get the medical profession back to the way it used to be. This will help us, the patients suffering from chronic pain, get the treatment we need.

Hernandez Monreal pluming was hired to enlarge a water meter and install a new one. I was charged $650 to break and replace the concrete on the opposite side of the street sine the city main was located there. As you can see based on the photos this is what they give you when they charge you $30+ a sq ft on concrete. Unfinished, unlevel, and not even broomed. The other photo is the broken cement they tried to leave at my property since according to them they are not responsible. They did remove the concrete once I stood firm on my request but highly don’t recommend them. Almost forgot they do not honor their quotes they will charge you $1000 plus out of nowhere just because according to them they can’t hire illegal workers anymore

ARM plumbing, a family owned company, has helped me many times. I called late one night for help and the grandfather answered and told me don’t worry they will help me. He was so sweet and he then told me about history of their company! I have recommended them for my friends and family. They are so nice, respectful, and honest. When my dishwasher was broken, they helped my husband via phone to fix it! I highly recommend them!
