Hector did an excellent job on my leak detection. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. I would definitely recommend him to family or friends.

Pepe and Hugo put a new water heater in our house today. They were so friendly and did great work! Pepe even gave my dog a bark box.

Jose and Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. They had excellent craftsmanship and very polite and courteous. Always gave updates when and what the need to finish the job.

Hermino and Bryan did a great job installing my rain fall shower faucet. They were very pleasant and easy to work with.

I was greeted with a very nice young man and a beautiful smile that made me feel very comfortable and he also gave me treats for my dogs that think they are Pitbull but it’s a miniature schnauzer And a small poodle. Hector was very professional. He answered all of my questions he made the appointment for me. He showed me everything that was not going right with my current water heater. I was very happy to have such a great young man that knew what he was doing and he was very polite because of him I am going to schedule my appointment to replace my water heater . Hector made a such a positive impression on behalf of the company, this is why I am choosing to go with TEXAS QUALITY PLUMBING! HECTOR NEEDS A RAISE!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Today Oscar and Herminio came to install the brand new water heater. Oscar was very pleasant and Mr. Herminio was also very pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves and took about two hours. I had severe sewer back up issue. Oscar and Herminio were awesome. Took their time and did a great job.. I will definitely use again and recommend to my friends

We had a major water leak from a capped line in the concrete at our facility and Irving came out with Rueban to assess our situation. They began breaking ground immediately and within a hour had the pipe replaced, capped off, and water was on again. They did amazing job restoring our facility with no leaking and even poured cement to fill the void when we were sure the leaking had stopped. Signed up for business partnership to make sure to hire them as needed again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Texas Quality Plumbing.

The service started off well with scheduling. I was given an arrival window of 8:30 AM–12:30 PM on 2/17/26. However, by 12:35 PM, no one had arrived — and I had not received a single call, text, or update letting me know they were running late.

At 1:00 PM, I called the company to seek clarification. Instead of speaking with a representative, I was routed to an AI agent who could not address my concern about the missed appointment. I made several attempts to reach a live person and was completely unsuccessful. There was no accountability, no explanation, and no urgency shown.

I took the entire day off work to accommodate this appointment for an urgent plumbing issue. Later, I received a call informing me that I had been rescheduled for the next day (2/18/26) — without my consent. That level of disregard for a customer’s time and urgent need is unacceptable.

Reliability and communication are basic expectations for service providers. Unfortunately, this company demonstrated neither. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Texas Quality Plumbing to anyone seeking dependable service.

Horrible people. Schedule no cost estimate to the home to detect leak. Once identified leak starting spending time over selling other products then what was request. When he provided the quote I told him I’ll review and call back. Then started arguing how you are going not going to do the job with me then starting dispatch fee of 129. Then he he raised it up to 300. Took the fee and left. Never even sent an email with the estimate. Cedric was the plumber. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t call them ever.

José F. And Pepe were very friendly and professional. They patiently answered my questions during the diagnostic when my property experienced damage after the winter freeze. After locating the company on Thumbtack, did not have to wait for them to come out since they had an appointment available on the same day. Intend to hire for the repair and would highly recommend.

I want to sincerely thank Texan Quality Plumbing for their wonderful service in fixing our gas line. The team was so friendly and efficient, making the experience smooth and stress-free. A special warm shout-out to Irving, who not only was incredibly kind but also very knowledgeable and helpful. Their professionalism and care truly made a difference!

I reached out to this company to receive an estimate for hot water heater replacement. The customer service was top notch. Claudio thoroughly answered every question I posed. He even brought a gift for my dog! I am certainly considering continuing my business with this company. I appreciated Claudio’s transparency as well!

Irving and his team partner did an amazing job on replacing my water heater. They communicated everything they were doing and step-by-step insulation. They actually did more than I expected and I’m very happy with their service and if I have to get a plumber again, I will use them again. 5*****

Daniel and Giovanni were at my house 3 days to fix my gas line leak problem. They were both hard workers and stayed until 9 pm to make sure the work was done. They were professional and courteous and kept me informed all along the way. I appreciate all their hard work.

Claudio was the original plumber that came out and diagnosed the problem. He was prompt and explained what needed to be done and would send a different crew the next day to make the repairs.
Vini and Rafa did a god job getting my toliet repaired in a timely manner and arrived on time.

Claudio was so helpful and reassuring. We weren’t sure where the water damage is coming from and he recommended the sister company Entrusted. He got them in contact with me within 15 minutes. After Entrusted comes out we will know next steps.

Oscar and Herminio were great! They showed up in the window indicated and stayed late to make sure all lines and faucets were running well. They even cleaned our filters on fixtures. No one wants to spend money on plumbing but TQP gave us options and ultimately a great price on a repipe.

Oscar # 85 did an awesome and amazing job in my bathroom needing a stem replacement due to leaking at the tub nob. He was very kind and calm not in a hurry. Willing to get the job done and complete. I recommend him anywhere. Thanks !🙏 Sheila . I had Home warranty coverage. He also got me covered in my other bathroom by calling the company for approval for the other bathroom. He’s amazing.

Tracy and Jocelyn came out promptly and listened to my concerns and regarding plumbing repairs and replacements for my home. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and provided great customer service when performing their work. Hermino and Oscar completed the remaining work to be done the second day. They also were very professional and thorough in explaining the scope of the repairs. I would definitely hire them again and recommend to anyone else!

Jocelyn was very knowledgeable and thorough. We went room to room to identify if i had a leak/potential future issues and concerns. I inquired about future work to be done and she sent me a quote immediately and explained in detail costs and what the process would look like. I would highly recommend and would use again.

Cedric rebuilt my backflow preventer from the ground up. Taught me how to correctly bleed my sprinkler system. Very knowledgeable, respectful of my property and time. His service only reaffirms my customer status with Texas Quality Plumbing.
