I used Hexagon for a whole-house repipe replacing my old steel pipes with modern PEX, and they definitely earned 5 stars. From the very beginning of the process (answering my phone calls and emails, quoting the job, transparent and competitive up front pricing) to the actual install, they were professional, punctual, respectful, and trustworthy. Thomas and Kory did a great job making the repairs and cleaning up. Definitely recommend.

Hexagon Plumbing were very fast in getting their guys out to fix a leak from the second floor bathroom down to my pantry on the first floor. Thomas and his apprentice were extremely polite, knowledgeable and even found a second problem with a disconnect/broken pipe from my A/C pan. The best part is they didn’t try to up-sale me on anything. They just offered to fix it while they were there with no pressure even said I could call the A/C company that installed my unit since it was just a couple years old. I told them to go ahead and fix it.
With all of this said they were at my house about an hour, with everything fixed and no more worries. Their pricing was great for diagnosing, parts and labor compared to other plumbing companies I have used in the past. I hope someone finds this helpful I will definitely call them again if I have a plumbing issue! Great job guys and thank you so much!

Hexagon is our go-to plumber. They are always fast, friendly and professional.

Hired at one hourly rate on the phone, charged another when they came out. Had two leaks, they fixed the first one but not the second. They were quick to come out, but feel as though they overcharged for their service and quality.

Big shout out to these guys. Got into a bind last night. They were the first to respond. Quick to set appointment for the next day, even offering a coupon for their services. Paris came out and was super friendly. Explained everything and even let me watch/learn. Would HIGHLY recommend.

When the Texas freeze of Feb 2021 hit and pipes began to burst and the ceiling fell, they answered their phones personally & promptly and came to our rescue right away. (Everyone else sent us to an overflowing voicemail box and returned calls gradually over the next few days.) On arrival, George and Tyler knew exactly what to do and fixed the plumbing problem immediately in the freezing dark of night. They explained what had happened, why, and what we need to do (and what we should expect) in the next few days. I can't thank them enough for their quick and effective response, and for the friendly, understanding way they calmed us down from our panicked sense of disaster. They are now our PLUMBERS FOR LIFE!
