Hexagon is not a high quality and professional plumber. They install faulty parts, overcharge for services and do not stand by the quality of their work. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for plumbing services.

Hexagon Plumbing were heaven sent to my family. We are forever grateful. I reached out to Mayor Turner and Ted Oldberg from ABC 13. My husband has Cancer, Congestive Heart Failure, Diabetes many health conditions. We have really feel behind financially. Hexagon took really great care of us. We didn’t have hot water due to the gas inspection. Within 1 day Hexagon made sure everything was up to code and we had HOT WATER THE SAME DAY!!!! Travis our plumber was outstanding he explained everything to my husband as he were working. Thank you Hexagon and everyone involved during this difficult time. You still took care of my family ❤️❤️

I can't properly express my gratitude for this company. Fast turnaround and perfect repair when I needed them for an emergency repair at my house. Can't beat the professionalism and quality of work from Hexagon! This first-time customer is now a forever customer!!!

First off, I have no problems with their work performed, it's great and I would have continued using them for my rental properties; however I do wish the pricing was more clear and communicated effectively.

I had a water heater installed on a rental property of mine which came with a warranty. So when the tenants called with issues with no hot water in the home, I called Hexagon back out to check the water heater since they provided a warranty on it. Unfortunately, the issue was with the gas line so no work was performed.

Now, on previous calls for other work to be done and estimates, I had been charged roughly $100, with the amount to go towards any work performed. This time I was sent an invoice for $165, $150 for coming out and $15 for "parts."

If I had known that to call them out to check on a warrantied item would have cost me $165 I would not have called them back out. They do not have a standard pricing guide and refuse to provide one. I wish someone would have at least mentioned to me what their call out fees would be or how they would be charged based on the outcomes of the heater assessment. It makes no sense to me that the charge is only $100 for someone to come out and assess and provide a quote for work to be done, but $165 for someone to come out and assess a warrantied item.

Again, no problems with their work and I would have continued using them had I not felt uncomfortable with the way pricing and communication is handled.

George and the crew are awesome! As a general contractor it can be a task to find a company that stands behind their work and show up when they say they will. Hexagon is my go to plumbing team. They have helped us complete our kitchen and bathroom remodels on time and within the quoted amount. If dependability and reliability our attributes you look for in a company then look no further. These guys will get it done!

Jaime, with Hexagon was on time, professional, and fixed the issue my pizzaria was having with the drain line, and at a fair price. I hope to not need them again, but if I have a plumbing issue they will be contacted.

I used Hexagon Plumbing to install bathroom fixtures for our apartment-garage that I was turning into an office. George is a top-notch professional. He made sure his crew got everything done correctly. If we ever had an issue, he would personally get it resolved. The work was completed back in May and I have had no issues. Not transparent about over time rates and repair prices, also have had to have them come back repeatedly for simple fixes, whoever is in charge of this company needs to evaluate there business moving forward due to their refusal to honest about pricing breakdown and lack of customer service

We called hexigon plumbing to do the rough in on our project. We talked to Kelsie over the phone who was very helpful. She had the guys out very quickly. The guys that came out were very professional and spoke very well with my customer. I highly recomend this company and we will continue to use them in the future.

I recently had a leak in my water heater, and Hexagon Plumbing came to the rescue! Jaime, the technician, was not only knowledgeable but also extremely professional. He quickly identified the issue and explained the problem to me in simple terms. Jaime worked efficiently and ensured everything was fixed properly. I've used Hexagon Plumbing on two separate issues now and they have been great both times. The first time Jorge came out and the second time Thomas came out. I recommend both of them, they fixed the issue fast and didn't try and sell me more than what I needed like a previous company has. I will be recommending them to everyone that needs a plumber.
