Very bad business practices. You can't ask people to EMAIL over their ID and credit card info and then deny them to purchase from you. That seems very fraudulent.

I made a delivery last week and employees were very nice and worked hard to unload my trailer fast even if no loading dock and very high temperatures over there

Their customer service is ok, but they tend to rip people off. I ordered a large amount of material and they charged me but only delivered half. They ripped me off with over $100 dollars worth of material. They didnt showed me what they were giving me, they just gave me some boxes and bags with plumbing material and that was it.

Can't say enough about this group of guys... I walked in wanting a connection from my garden hose to my kitchen faucet. I walked out within 10 minutes with the connection and was amused by their banter the whole time I was there... AND for free - they wouldn't let me pay! Kudos guys - I'll certainly be back if I need anything and will recommend you to anyone I can. Thanks!!! :)

This is the spot. Professional or just a do it your self guy. Their prices beat any home depot or lowes. It doesnt matter if you need a little or a lot. They treat you good and everyone is urgently willing to help. Mario was who helped me. Good guy right there. And they are super fast with getting what you need. Thanks guys. I'll be back for sure

After going to the big box stores looking for a replacement to a broken shower faucet, I tried AC Plumbing today. Let me tell you, the amount of time I spent in there was a fraction at Home Depot or Lowes. They knew exactly what I needed and actually took the part from a complete solution as their shipment of diverters was not going to be in until later in the day. Additionaly, they were patient with me when I asked additional questions about the replacement process.

All in all, this was a great experience. They have a new customer for life!

This store was a life saver for us. No where in a 15 miles radius but them had supplies we could buy to fix our busted pipes coming into the house. Great custom service as well. Thank you all.

Focused on serving service professionals. Fast service and great prices. The salesmen know their stuff. Great specials when they have them. So much better than the big box hardware stores.

All the employees here were very nice and friendly. I did not know much about the material I came in to buy and they helped and made sure I did not buy something I did not need. Big thank you to Richard for all the help. They even helped me load up the material I bought!

I am in desperate need of supplies so I call ahead to see if they had supplies and what time they closed, they told me they would be there probably past 4:30 to accommodate the customers. I arrive at 4:15 only to be told they have supplies but could not enter the store because they close at 4:30. No one else has pipe stock, we are losing our livestock because we can’t get the water back on, shouldn’t tell people to come on in Only to turn them away when they arrive , before your closing hours. I drove in from Hempstead.

Cheaper than the big box stores, staff that actually knows the product, and fair treatment.

It’s a rare thing to go into a business and see a sales counter with people that know their inventory. That’s what you get at AC Plumbing. And to top it off their pricing is better than the large home improvement stores and they really look out for their customers.

I was remodeling a bathroom and dropped a few thousand dollars on medium level fixtures and tubs. I had AC Plumbing quote everything and they were cheaper than the blue store.

Another area they shine is in service and doing the right thing. I bought a tub from Aquatic which was “made to order” but it didn’t match Aquatics own published specs size dimensions and there were several thin spots in the fiberglass. Aquatic only offered to patch the tub. They would/could not do anything about the tub being nearly an inch taller than the published specs. When AC Plumbing found out Aquatic’s position, they went ahead and took the tub back. I ordered a giant Toto cast iron tub from AC and never looked back.

They’re just an outstanding store all around based on my experience.

Witnessed how the owner Tim treated my business associate this morning. Yelling at her after asking her to email her ID and credit card information. If you’re a person who cares how business owners treat their customers, don’t come here.

I called ahead for a part that I need to replace on my faucet. I sent them a picture of the part. I was told that they have the part in stock. I said I'll be there in 10 or 15 minutes. When I got there, they had a related part but not the part that I need.
They were very friendly and offered me an inexpensive new faucet for $30. They also suggested that I can find the part I need online.

I went to the location this morning with a bad thermal coupler for a PROMAX heater. After reading reviews on the heater, I was already discourage that the parts "generally" had to be ordered from the manufacturer.
The gentlemen here at A.C. new exactly what I needed and after being given the serial number came right out with it. OUTSTANDING customer service and prices were good. Ended up purchasing new float systems for all the toilets as well. I would highly recommend this company for all plumbing needs.

I called this place on a Friday afternoon closing time and the owner told me he will wait for me so I can get my part I need it to get my family going back to cooling my home. He was rely nice and explained to me some good tips to put the new fan on my outside unit and the capacitor. Great customer service! !!!!!!! Going back tomorrow morning to get a part I need to help my neighbor.

I rarely write reviews for anyone but my service there was so excellent I wanted to take the time to recognize them and say thanks. They went out of their way to help me get the right parts I needed, help with the warranty, and when I asked for a plumber recommendation they put me in touch with a great company. It is so rare to get good service anywhere these days - thanks to Richard and Tim for the excellent support today! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

If you are a person of color, take your funds somewhere else. I've been speaking to one of their employees for nearly a week, attempting to order water heaters and today, after emailing them my ID and credit card info (which is a huge breach of identity safety), the very rude Owner told me my transaction was " suspicious!" I did everything they asked me to do and they still turned down a over 20k transaction! How foolish. If you're racist, at least pretend so you can make money. Horrible business service! Will tell everyone I know.

May they be blessed 10 fold! I more then highly recommend this place for your plumbing needs! Very helpful and kind! Five stars is not enough especially in these very stressful times when so many of us are without water (7 days for me). Heck a trillion stars is not enough to express my thanks! I cannot express my gratitude for you guys being open on a Sunday to help your neighbors get the supplies that are needed to fix busted pipes! Blessings to all that work there!
