Their drivers are willing to go 90+ mph on the highway and weave in & out of traffic, cutting off other drivers.

We were nearly killed by one of their vans outside Cypress! Why road rage when your company name is on the side of your van?

Horrible service.. showed up late, and was on the phone the entire job. Therefore took forever and i eventually had to call out another company to resolve the issue

Their driver raced through our neighborhood at about 65 MPH - I contronter him about it and took pictures. There are other reviews here about unsafe driving - maybe these reviews will one day be mentioned in a lawsuit against the owner as proof of negligence since he obviously hasn't addressed it.

Quick, on time, honest, professional & very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about Texas Express. They have come to my rescue several times now; always courteous & knowledgeable. Recently they replaced my hot water heater, and without charge they graciously fixed a running toilet while they waited for the water to heat! I highly recommend!

I have been calling them for over 2 weeks. Not once has my phone call been answered and all their mailboxes are full. That alone, is horrible customer service.

My experience with Texas Express Plumbing has left me deeply disappointed and concerned. As a homeowner new homeowner, I was required to use the services of Texas express plumbing in order to keep my warranty intact. I had expected a certain level of professionalism and ethical conduct. Unfortunately, this expectation was far from met.

I contacted Texas Express plumbing to request a quotation for the installation of a water softener at my home, a service I believed I could trust given their history with the builder. Initially, they appeared cooperative and told me that the person visiting your home for a warranty issue will provide you the quote. The person who visited my home for a warranty work provided me a quote which also included quotes for my neighbors who were interested in similar services. Based on this, we proceeded with the installation on one of the houses.

However, the real trouble began when we requested an invoice for the work carried out. To our dismay, it became apparent that the employee who performed the installation had acted independently and misrepresented the situation to us. This revelation was a severe breach of trust and ethical standards, raising concerns about the builder's choice of plumbing services.

Even more disheartening was the fact that, upon reporting this issue to Texas Express plumbing management, we received no assistance in rectifying the matter. Instead, we were met with a refusal to install the water softener at our house. To compound matters, we discovered that the employee responsible for the deception is still employed by the company further eroding our trust.

I have every supports of text messages, emails etc where we contacted the company and the employee. When I contacted the management telling showing them every support of our conversation, they rather than appreciating us, refused to provide us the services of installing the softener for which we had already incurred the cost by purchasing all the equipment based on their quotation.

This experience has shattered my belief on the company and I am left with no choice but to caution others about this unethical behavior and the potential consequences of trusting Texas Express plumbing.

If you value honesty, integrity, and ethical business practices, I strongly recommend considering alternative plumbing services. My experience with Texas Express Plumbing has been nothing short of a letdown, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment to prevent others from encountering a similar situation. I would highlight here the fact that their integrity is clearly doubtful as the person told me that I don't believe what conversation you had with the office representative unless it is recorded or in written form. I request everyone to have their conversation in writing or recorded on the phone. I plan to complain them on Texas State board of plumbing examiners as well as Business Bureau and would request anyone with similar experience to do the same.

    Thank you

This company does not stand behind their work, they have hours for warranty and are not flexible. My primary toliet sounds like a freight train when flushed and I am told its "normal" yet my other one doesn't sound like that, ones in other homes don't sound like that either. I am told its "water" pressure. They were suppose to fix another warranty issue and bailed and refused to come back once the guy has left. This is an awful company to work with for warranty. They make it difficult to schedule, then when you do for almost 2 weeks out, they don't get to it all and say so sorry, you'll have to reschedule again. At this point, I will just make sure to get reviews about them out there and file complaints where needed.

Really poor customer service. Have to argue to get them to do warranty work and poor communication

Out walking my dog this morning and almost got hit by one of their vans as they were speeding through the neighborhood (Martha’s Vineyard in Alvin) and blew through a stop sign without even slowing down much. Would have got a picture of the van but they drove off too fast for me to pull out my camera and get a photo.

I dealt with Jaime Cardenas in a landlord capacity, and based on my firsthand experience, I would never trust or support any business associated with him, including JCypress Racing or Texas Express Plumbing.

As a single mother of four children, I was treated with a shocking lack of ethics, honesty, and basic human decency. While I was not present, money and personal property went missing from my home, and afterward my belongings were withheld. When I raised concerns, I was met with denial, deflection, and shifting explanations rather than accountability.

This was not a simple misunderstanding. The pattern of behavior I experienced involved deception, intimidation, and actions that caused severe financial and emotional harm to my family.

In my opinion, Jaime Cardenas demonstrates a serious disregard for the law, for ethical conduct, and for the people affected by his decisions. Someone who behaves this way behind closed doors should raise major red flags for anyone considering doing business with him in any capacity.

I am sharing this so others can make informed decisions. Proceed with extreme caution.

I wouldn’t wish my experience with Texas Express Plumbing on anyone. From the moment they showed up, I knew I’d made a huge mistake. The customer service was flat-out awful — dismissive, unprofessional, and rude. Once they got their payment, they disappeared faster than the water they were supposed to fix.

And don’t be fooled by their “warranty.” It’s completely worthless — not worth the paper it’s printed on. When I called to get help after their job failed, I got nothing but excuses, attitude, and avoidance. The owner clearly doesn’t care about doing right by customers or standing behind their work and he himself was VERY rude and dismissive stating “I don’t do free work”. Well excuse the hell out of me for using the warranty of my brand new home that you didn’t mind taking out money initially.

If you’re reading this review, take it as your sign to run — not walk — away from this company. You’d be better off fixing the issue yourself, watching a YouTube tutorial, or hiring literally anyone else. Save your time, money, and sanity. Texas Express Plumbing is a nightmare from start to finish.
