Dishonest pricing. Called on phone to get price to snake a line. Was given the minimum charge, got a bill for twice that and owner refused to remove charges. Incompetent office staff and dishonest pricing.

Early Monday Vossler messed up my kitchen, didn't repair a thing, with a commitment they would be back the next day, but now it's Thurs night and they are completely no responsive.

Used them twice, I have found them to have knowledgeable and competent employee's. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Hired them yesterday for a job today. They were there and communicated as to their time of arrival which was appreciated considering a different company the day before never showed up. They did the job to our satisfaction also. Thank you.

Called on a Sunday to inquire about installing a hot water heater. Received a call back within 10 mins. Yes he could do it today. He had another call before me but called 30 mins. before arrival to let me know he was headed my way. Saved me almost $800.00 over another companies quote ( and that price was during the regular work week.). Very polite and clean. Will be calling them for any other plumbing needs.
Other guy wanted to charge me $850.00 to install a drip leg. $20.00 in parts and 20 minutes time ha! You never know when you are talking to a former pipefitter.

Hired Vossler to plumb a large commercial swimming pool project. Once hired they added unqualified labor in order to bill extra hours. While in the middle of the project they changed their price sheet and would not honor their original pricing. During the project mistakes were made in the plumbing that caused catastrophic failure that ultimately caused damage to several really expensive pumps that had to be replaced. Vossler came our and fixed the mistakes then CHARGED ME for the repairs.......I refused to pay the bill, so they filed an illlegal lien on the property, by filing the lien over 30 days past the legal timeframe allowed by lying on the paperwork filed with the county. Sooooo, we were forced to pay the bill, and replace the damaged equipment. While going through all of this more plumbing mistakes have been found and we were forced to do the repairs ourselves until the lien was resolved. Now that it is resolved they have agreed to warranty their work, yet 3 more leaks have been found by the property owners, so we scheduled an appointment for the repairs, but they did not show up at all. 6 hours after the scheduled appointment we were sent an email stating a bunch of different excuses for each employee. I would NOT recommend Vossler Plumbing to anyone for anything.

had an awful situation that needed immediate attention. called them...and they came out within 2 hours after i called (on a saturday afternoon). the plumber was nice, professional, PUNCTUAL and explained everything throughly. i did not give 5 stars because they are quite pricey. will use again in the event of an emergency

I have used Vossler Plumbing for minor and major plumbing issues. Each time, the onsite plumber provided excellent quality of work with attention to detail. I finally have a plumbing company I can trust to do the job well!

I had first scheduled an appointment for 8/20 Friday and they called Friday morning to cancel, rescheduled for Monday 8/23 and I got a call the tech was covered in mud and couldn't come, Tuesday 8/24 after my allotted time I got a call that they were running behind. This was upsetting however I knew someone that worked with this company before. Ricardo Teran showed up and was extremely rude and unprofessional! He told me the sink I wanted put it would not work or cost me too much. He barely looked at the area and then explained that I had to pay him $89 for him to show up today! That was never explained to me when I spoke to the receptionist and Ricardo was here for less than 5 minutes because in my opinion he did not want to do the job before he showed up! I am extremely disappointed in this company and I will be sure to tell my friend that recommended them to me never to use them again!

I had a horrible Experience with This company. I am a property manager and a real estate broker.So I have used many plumbing companies but this one took advantage of me and charged me outrageous fees. Do not use them.They're out to take you for every Penny.

I had a toilet that was always getting clogged and finally had to give up and get professional help. Jaime was able to come out immediately and diagnosed the root cause. It's now fixed and working like new!

I called early morning to cancel, AS I WAS INSTRUCTED! The plumber, who I am not sure was licensed, showed up anyway. I explained the problem was fixed and I had canceled as I was instructed to do. The guy said well let me take a look. He was there less than 30 minutes and charged me $250. And he did not fix anything. I am outraged and hope this review will serve as a warning!!!!!!

Very professional. On time. Got the work done

When I bought my current house, I had no idea what bad shape it was in. I had it inspected, but the inspector didn't tell me about any of the problems the house had, especially plumbing issues.

I had the temerity to take a bath, and then get out, and while the tub was draining, I flushed the toilet. Well, that was WRONG. Sewage backed up in both showers in this little 2 bath house. Called Vossler, I think on the weekend, and they came right out and went to work. They flushed the lines, installed a clean out, gave me little damper thing to put in the shower to prevent the sewer gas from coming up, as the contractor did not put in P-traps in either shower. Super courteous, clean, professional. I have called several other times too, and always been treated well. Plumbing works now, and no messes! Thank you Gary and all!

This is a low quality company with low integrity people. They do not carry out their work with any level of professionalism or pride. I would avoid this outfit at all costs to save yourself some headaches.

I used Vossler for the replacement of a hot water heater. They provided great, regular communication, scheduled the appointment promptly, were very helpful throughout the process and had the most competitive pricing. Would highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs!

I have worked with this company for years, both big and small jobs. We have an older home with requires TLC and the company has been very professional and timely. I appreciate the information they provide, some jobs can wait and some must be done right away which they explain in detail. I highly recomend them!

Thank you, Eric, for getting our daughters shower up and running! We finally found the right plumber after all of the Harvey mess! We can use both showers in our house now!! Ahh the little things!!! We will be calling again! (We actually forgot about another question we had in our kitchen)
