Brandon and his team are excellent. I needed to replace my water heater, and I didn't consider calling anyone else to do the work. Emily kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Eric, who I met for the first time, did top-notch work and was very friendly and professional. Finally, Brandon gave me pricing that was about 30% lower than I expected. Overall, I will never go anywhere else for any plumbing or gas needs.

Had a broken garbage disposal, called Lucky’s - they were able to schedule for the next day, arrived on time, very efficient in fixing it and gave me tips to avoid it breaking again in the future! Great price and great service, will definitely use again for any plumbing needs

Very responsive and easy to work with. Tech was on time and communication was great. While we had an issue actually resolving my problem they came through on their satisfaction guarantee and refused my money. Prices seem very reasonable.

From my frantic call to Emily with a broken sewer line to the finished job reviewed today, Lucky's Plumbing fulfilled their promise to provide great work with personalized service. Eric was able to come out within hours to identify the problem, assist me with getting the appropriate 811 clearance and the entire crew did a remarkable job replacing the line. It took a few days and the job site was consistently neat, clean with safety tape by the open areas. I highly recommend Lucky's Plumbing and will be contacting them for all my future plumbing needs (although I am hoping that will not be for awhile!) We've used Lucky's Plumbing on several occasions and their service is fantastic! Over multiple visits, Brandon fixed a pipe that was leaking in our attic, repaired an outdoor shut-off valve, unclogged a slow draining kitchen sink, and also gave us a heads-up on things to watch for with our pipes as our house ages. Emily at the office has answers to all the questions, and was very helpful setting up my appointment including excellent communication leading up to their arrival on site. Brandon and Emily are both very nice to work with and will make you feel a lot less anxious about whatever issue they are taking care of for you.

Faucet in bathtub started leaking so I looked around for a plumber close to me, found Lucky's Plumbing on Angie's list and called them. They said they would be out Monday between 10 -12. The plumber Eric was at my house before 10, I really like that. Checked out my leak, said it could be rebuilt instead of replaced which was great to hear. He then rebuilt it and installed a new shower head for me at a very reasonable price. All of the work was done quickly and professionally. Eric with Lucky's Plumbing was great! Called the receptionist at 7:30am. He was here by 9:30 and out the door by 10:00am. He swiftly repaired the shut off valve to the toilet with no muss or fuss! I will definitely be recommending Lucky's Plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber.

First time with Lucky’s Plumbing. Courteous and pleasant phone response and overall experience from initial call to job completion. Courtesy call made when tech was on route. Quote was given before work started. Same day job completion.The tech installed new shutoff valves under our kitchen sink. The tech did more then was listed on the estimate by recommending and replacing some rusted galvanized pipe which improved the appearance of the under-sink hoses. Final price was as quoted on the estimate. Get lucky, call Lucky’s Plumbing!

The team at Lucky's is absolutely wonderful! I had a leak in my laundry room on the 2nd floor that ended up overflowing onto the first floor. The team was able to get me on the books first thing in the morning. They arrived promptly at 8am and were able to fix the leak quickly. Brandon and Jose were very professional and walked me through the process step by step. I'm extremely thankful for Lucky's Plumbing and will definitely be calling them in the future.

I've only used Lucky's Plumbing once. But I was very impressed. The initial phone call was courteous. They kept me informed on the expected arrival time for my technician. And he was prompt and efficient in solving my problem. I'm so used to plumbers who come out and try to find other problems and steer you toward expensive solutions. Lucky's Plumbing did not do that and I will definitely call them again when I have plumbing issues.
