Eduardo's work ethic and transparency puts him apart from the rest. Great communication from the time we called (before business hours) until the work was done. He was upfront with pricing from items and installation. Unfortunately, the part we needed to be replaced was for a 1950's house. He was resourceful and knew exactly where to get the part. The disassemble and repair in total took only roughly 30 minutes!

Our shower faucet stopped working 2 days before the snowstorm. So we just turned off the main waterline all together and then forgot about it for a week 🤣 since we had emergency water reserves & rain barrels.

Wooowww una grata sorpresa. El personal muy amable. La persona que me atendió sin duda sabe su trabajo. Buscando una pieza para u a regadera, si para bañarse, inmediatamente supo que era lo que necesitaba. Durante el proceso me informaron que el negocio invitaba el lonche. Imagínate eso. Si tú inglés no es nada bueno como el mío, te hará más feliz de saber que hay 2 personas hispanas atendiendo. Se siente uno en casa. Jajajajaja. Si en verdad. Así que salí con lonche en mano y la pieza que necesitaba. Ya había visitado otras tiendas grandes de esa zona y no tuvieron. En esta tienda me explicaron que atienden ambos sectores tanto comercial como residencial. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo.
