Don't buy any cables for your snakes. Also had trouble getting parts on time. I'm done with this company

The poorest customer service around. Went to purchase a small bernzomatic propane cylinder. Which is $3.48 at home depot. It's $5.99+ tax here. Fleecing at its finest. Shop around people. Also white haired man is rude af

Great customer service part was already waiting for me at the counter!!!! it don't get no better than that!!
-
They had what I needed to replace the stem on my 60 year old bathroom showers. Great service.

Ordered a filter housing and bracket online. Charged card immediately, and then crickets. After a few weeks, I reached out to their customer service to find out that the housing was on back order.
Emailed to cancel order after waiting two more weeks, and they ship the bracket that day.
Maybe their storefront is OK, but ordering online was no good. They need to notify if orders are delayed due to backorder, and cancel orders, not ship partial orders for what's in stock without verifying with the customer first. -
Great place great customer service on the phone but in person very bad customer service. Like they don't want the business. They forget the people pay their check. Fir that reason I'd rather go somewhere else.

This is my third time ordering from them AND my last. I recommend if you're gonna get spartan get it from SPARTAN. Don't order Snake cables they come all bent. They were late all three times. Also the parts that I ordered I never got . I'm done with this company. Horrible customer service .

Ray Rhodes thanks for your help. 5 star service at City Supply.
-
Very knowledgeable staff , open at 11am... kinda late but they have MANY CPVC FITTINGS AND OTHER HARD TO FIND ITEMS.
-
I'm glad I discovered this gem. They carry a vast array of plumbing supplies that you won't find at the big box stores.
-
Super helpful staff, great pricing, and an amazing selection. Absolute gem of a store.
-
My experience was awesome. The person helping me was very knowledgeable. My part is a non standard part and will be made for me.

This guy Ken really knows his business. Its frustrating not being able to find items at Lowe's or Homer's but U-plumb always have whatever I need.
-
nice store, friendly (and knowledgeable) staff, they've supplied parts for my restaurant as well as my personal home.
-
These guys have saved me thousands. Great small business!
-
Mainly for plumbers and contractors. This is a good place to go for factory replacement parts that are not available at big box hardware stores.

I visited this place before but today the Caucasian guy with the dirty overalls was rude. If he doesn't want to assist , then just say that. I have been there before a few times but today was a whole different experience.

Service is trash. Gave me attitude and acted annoyed the entire time. Products are of course great, but they just order them in. Would highly suggest giving business somewhere else. They’re nothing special for the attitude they give. Will not be returning and spending $1000+ there again

Was working on a project and one of the valve stems came broken. I went in thinking no way they would have the part. 3 minutes later the guy came from the back with the stem part brand new. So excited to find what I needed to keep the plumbing project on track! Thanks guys. I’ll be back for things in the future!

Worst experience ever. We are in the middle of a freezing weather/ruptured pipes catastrophe here in Houston, and they were limiting customers entering the building (that is understandable), but serving people so slowly that they would allow one person in every 10-15 minutes. A line outside down the block, and they decide to close at 3pm, with 25+ people standing outside, most having been there in line for more than an hour.

Can't say enough good things about this store and the owner Ken Ward. U-Plumb-It has been my source for parts and advice for years. Ken will go out of his way to help with DIY plumbing repairs. He recently referred me to a plumber, Jason Luck, who took on a complicated job that three plumbers had turned down -- and he even did the job on a Saturday to boot. Just hope to heck they'll be around for a long time.
