Very, very knowledgeable. Have parts for older houses such as faucets, washer replacement for just about any type of plumbing equipment. Excellent one-stop plumbing shop!

They were the only plumbing store.open after noon. They went above and beyond and even helped me replace an item on my fixture that I could not get off.
This will be my store in future.
I just wish they were a little closer to my residence.
They are 20 miles away.

I guess if your house owner this will be the store for you but if you’re a professional in Houston I wouldn’t recommend come here prices are way over the roof!! For one pound of Solder they want 30.00 that’s insane. Meanwhile other stores keep their prices pretty competitive.

Came in here needing one simple thing. Took forever for them to acknowledge me. When they did, he had a terrible attitude and didn't have the piece I needed to begin with. Store is filthy

I am the maintenance supervisor for 150 rental homes in Galveston County. When the Texas Freeze hit, 60 of our homes had busted water pipes. This left hundreds of people without running water.

Lowe's, Home Depot, ect were consciously bought our by scalpers, and FedEx failed to deliver our overnight shipment of parts until six days later. We were so desperate for parts that we started to cannibalize the plumbing in our vacant homes.

U-Plumb-it was the only store that continuously had parts in stock, they refused to sell to scalpers, and their materials were kept at fair, affordable prices. We would not have been able to fix our plumbing issues without U-Plumb-it; they are the main reason our residents have running water.

U-Plumb-it Supports Texans, and as Texans, we should support U-Plumb-it!

This place is the BEST. I'm the nightmare customer with a 90 year old house and NOTHING standard. They have always been able to match my part or find a work around.

They also appear to do a brisk business for those in the trade. They have everything.

They seemed short staffed with one woman only doing check out and (I think) Ken answering all difficult questions. Busy day with a line of people. But they gave me all the right parts I needed and I don’t have to make another trip, which is rare!

I’m vaccinated so it doesn’t bother me as much now, but only maybe 1/3 of the people there were wearing masks.

Very helpful staff, if they don't have the part they will order it, but has most brand parts, even if your plumbing is older models. I suggest going or calling and bringing your part in, there are knowledgeable plumbers on staff.

U-Plumb-It is a gem in central Houston...a family owned and operated store that simply is the best! If any plumbing item - including replacement parts, toilets, sinks, water heaters, faucets, etc. - is not on the sales floor, just ask. The item will be stocked in the warehouse or available to order. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and readily available to offer advice for all of your plumbing needs. It’s a go-to store for plumbing professionals and plumbing-naive homeowners.

The owner was extremely helpful. Helped make sure that everything was working properly after we installed the new parts. Would definitely go there again for any plumbing parts needed in the future.

They had exactly the brand and model water heater I needed. In stock too! Got it the same day and didn't have to "special order" from a big box store. If you ever need any plumbing parts, this is the place.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Been going here for years. Everything they sell is super high quality, no junk here. Remember some low priced valve or whatever that leaks after you have finished the job, making you do the job twice is no bargain.
Unlike the big box stores the staff here actually know about plumbing and the stuff they sell.

I’m so pleased that this neighborhood store serves local customers so well! I had a water heater emergency on a Sunday afternoon. Ward was immediately responsive, hooked me up with a master plumber who was onsite within 30 minutes, and supplied a new water heater at a reasonable price. Ward went above and beyond! I am so grateful!

Needed to get some parts for replacing a 35 year p-trap in kitchen. Got home and screwd that up. Ended up making it worse. So called them back asking for a reference for plumber. They gave me number for Patrick. That man knew is business. I took a picture of the situation so he knows what I need. Very nice gentleman. Took him an hour.hour and a half maybe. Very good job. And the price?. Trust me I saved probably $500-+$700 f I would have called a company add on the TV

Good luck EVER getting this kind of service and knowledge at a big box store or even the friendly Ace Hardware full of retirees (they’re great but for tricky items, not so much). U plumb it didn’t even have what I needed BUT they identified what it actually was and gave me the name/part number. Granted, it’s a little cramped in there and you’ll have to be patient with all the other pros getting their wares but hopefully this place never goes away.

These guys really saved me when I needed a replacement part and needed it fast. Came in for an odd sized plastic push connect fitting, the one I needed wasn't available so they found the size I needed in a brass fitting, a much better solution. For brass fittings the price was lower than expected, they are right in the neighborhood and saved me a long trip. I would recommend U-Plumb-It thanks guys!

I really like this plumbing supply store. I own a small business and home; they always help me with all my needs and treat me kindly.

They have a huge selection of fixtures and items in stock. They have great toilets for a good price ADA approved and for residential. I purchased 3 water heaters for my businesses and special water pumps. The prices were very reasonable.

Check here before purchasing anything from HomeDepot or Lowe’s. Chris special ordered matte black fixtures for my restrooms in my house and they were delivered quickly and looked amazing. Thanks U plumb it and Chris!

A gem of a place, it should've been my first stop. The owner was able to take a brief glance at my o-rings and knew immediately the ones I was gonna buy were a little off from the original in my hand. He got me sorted quickly. Friendly people - not sure if everyone there works there though..
I wish I had cash on me ($5 minimum) but he was kind enough to let this one pass. There are a few parking spots in the back, I just street parked.

great place to get your plumbing supplies. it always amazes me how "DIY" customers come in and expect the sales guys, who are very knowledgeable, to figure out the mumbo jumbo you guys are talking. then give negative reviews when they can't figure out these idiotic and sometimes illegal requests. " ptrap brand to match aav brand" what?! you got it bro....
