The plumber who came, got the permit from the city to install the water heater , told us that it cost 500 dollars for the permit and later we realized by investigating that the cost of the permit was actually 50 when he sent us the permit paper the price was delete , that made us investigate, that's why he drives a sports car.

Not at all happy with this plumber. Called on Tuesday for leaky faucets. No estimate untIl 2 hours after no-show appt on Friday. Then got a quote. Plumber then cancels.

A large company wanted to charge me an outrageous price. I called Pro Plumber and they did an excellent and professional job replacing my water heater for a low price. I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks

Terrible. Every other house they plumb has a leak behind the master shower and good luck getting anyone to perform warranty work. I scheduled several homeowners to have warranty work for issues like low pressure at the master sink and rancid water coming into the master bath toilet only to be told they were holding up service over a payment discrepancy in the office. Expect to be treated unprofessionally and with contempt.

My name is Will Arausa, Pro Plumbers LLC Called us out on Halloween day at 2:30 in the afternoon because they FAILED a plumbing inspection at a restaurant in Lubbock, Tx. The scope of work they wanted done was more than expected so it was scheduled for the following day. Rafael called my guys and demanded they return to the job site and finish. I had promised my guys to be off promptly at 5:00pm to spend time with family.

FIRST OFF RAFAEL! I was trying to be kind and help a fellow plumber out by taking care of work you COULD NOT DO CORRECTLY!

SECONDLY, DONT LEAVE MY COMPANY A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE OF AN ISSUE YOU FAILED AT!

In conclusion maybe you should go back to working as an APPRENTICE for a couple more years to learn building codes. This way you can pass your own inspections and not have to call other plumbing companies to make repairs on your work.

I don’t recommend anyone work with this company or Rafael. Clearly his incompetence in plumbing will leave you hiring someone else to finish HIS work.

Jim Brown was very helpful and responsive with scheduling the replacement of two 17 year old water heaters. The price quoted was very fair and the equipment used is Made In America. Virgil and his coworker went beyond the original scope of the work and brought to my attention improvements needed and were able to complete those additional repairs the same day. I highly recommend Pro Plumber and will definitely utilize their service again.

I'm appalled I didn't review sooner. The guys that came to my house were so professional, but casual enough to make you feel at ease. They worked efficiently and were transparent about the cost of everything. Thank you so much guys, my shower was overdue for an upgrade/repair. I have their card handy in case I need them again.

I waited too long to call Pro Plumber. Went several weeks with a dead garbage disposal, leaky kitchen faucet, and a leaky toilet tank all at once. , Pro Plumber did a super fantastic job in less than two hours. Since I had purchased some of the replacement material myself, I think I still paid a reasonable price for labor. Thank you Pro Plumber. I will certainly call again if i need you. And I highly recommend your services.

Alex worked around my schedule and at my convenience. His crew, Juan and Miguel, showed up 20 minutes before appointment! These guys went right to work.

The job involved tunneling 7 feet under my slab to repair toilet sewer line completely blocked by roots. Temperature was 80F when they started and 95F when they finished. These guys worked non-stop without complaining until the repair was finished and the excavated dirt was restored. Unbelievably they got all but two wheelbarrows full packed in by hand.

When they got to the problem area, they had to perform additional, unanticipated repairs but Alex honored the original estimate!

I got 4 quotes for this job and Pro Plumber LLC was not the lowest but I was most impressed with the owner. One national company quoted me a price that was almost 4 times as much.

I recommend this company with no reservations.

This guy is awesome! I own a plumbing company and had a customer with desperate backflow issues. They needed some backflow, tested and certified before Monday and bud actually came out on a Saturday and got it taken care of. Such a great guy.

Very good plumbing service. All of my problems were fixed fast.

Re-piped my home, With pex piping and came to clean out my faucets filters. Very quick and efficient. Didnt break the bank either.

After 25 years of good service overcharged me by far for a moderate repair. Sent a hefty bill without checking first. I will change my rating in the future if I return and if good service at a fair price is provided.

Their emergency plumbing service is a lifesaver! I had a major leak in my kitchen, and they were able to fix it in no time.
