We have had to use Lucky's twice, for a tankless hot water replacement and a water leak. Couldn't be happier with their service! Highly recommended.

I have always had fantastic, quick and reliable service from Lucky's. From fixing a backed up sink to replacing my water heaters to completely remodeling my master bathroom, they have been a wonderful company to work with.

This company was the best. They came to my home to replace my water heater. it was from 1999 and leaking red water all over my cealing. they came in protected my carpits with dropcloths and changed the heater and i feel my house was cleaner after they left. the were verry responsive to my questions and keeped me informed the whole time over all the best experience with a plumber ive ever had

Eric came over to help with a third floor bathroom sink that was clogged. It took him maybe two minutes to diagnose that it was an algae clog due to some sort of ac connection. He then took it apart to show me the algae and I was blown away at how spot on he was. The whole experience was actually pretty amazing as his knowledge base is extreme given that his dad is a master plumber and he himself had been working for almost 15 years at it. He wasn’t short on info and it turned into a seminar real quick as he was happy to share tons of guidance and anwsered all my questions.

I can’t say enough about Lucky’s Plumbing! They’ve installed several fixtures for me, replaced valves, pipes, etc. They’re 100% reliable and answer the phone every time I call.

I actually even had an emergency situation one evening where the valve to the water main to my entire house broke in the off position, and Lucky’s Plumbing was there within the hour to repair it.

We found a leak in our bathroom and looked online to find a local plumber who could come out. I called Friday morning, they came out Friday afternoon, and started on Saturday! They were so thorough. We knew when we bought our house that it had the original plumbing from the 70s that would need updating at some point. Lucky's gave us quotes for the immediate fix that needed to be done as well as what a total repipe would be. I appreciated that they walked us through options. We went with the repipe, because we knew that would put us in a better position in the long run. I can't say enough amazing things about the quality of the work they did! With COVID, we were home the whole time they were working (probably not the most convenient for them). They were so clean, efficient, and communicative as they worked. The plumbing team was amazing; Eric, Daniel, and Broderick consistently made sure we knew what they were working on and as they found other issues, inevitable in a house this old, they walked us through options and made sure we were comfortable with everything they did. One of the things that we loved about their quote was that it included the work and repairing the sheetrock and leaving it in a paint ready condition. Manuel and his team left our house in beautiful shape! Now that we got the house painted, you can't even tell there was ever an issue. I am so grateful for the work Lucky's did. We will be customers for life.

Eric replaced the toilet on the 3rd floor of my townhome, and was patient and understanding and didn't complain once about climbing up and down the stairs. I really appreciate his professionalism, and commitment to doing a good job. He cleaned the area afterwards, and gave me instructions going forward. I would recommend Eric and Lucky's Plumbing to anyone.

I've used Lucky's to replace a hot water heater, fix multiple issues with a toilet, and fix a leaking tub. Each time they scheduled the problem very quickly, arrived when promised, were sensitive to keeping the house clean, professional, explaining what the issues and remedies were, and best of all, fixed the problem. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so.

luckys plumbing is absolutely first-rate. they are good people who show up on time (or even early), who do terrific work, and who charge a reasonable fee. i would use them before i used any other plumber. (also, in this covid era, they also show up wearing masks, which is absolutely the right thing to do.) my entire large family uses luckys. i recommend them highly.

Lucky’s looked at an area on the wall behind the toilet that was damp after a house cleaning service did a deep clean through the house a few days ago. The dampness dried up the next day and stayed dry thereafter. However, I called Lucky’s to make sure there were no underlying problems. Eric confirmed there was no leaking from the toilet. He also found a 1/8 inch drop using a level on the floor from the wall to 2 ft away. Since there was no stain around the toilet base caulking, Eric said the water from mopping ran down the grout channel under the wall and absorbed into the sheet rock where I saw the dampness. He also said there was no trip charge!

Today was the second time I've used this company & it definitely won't be my last. They are very helpful, friendly, & do a great job. But the thing I like the most is how trustworthy they are. They are always upfront with the pricing & let you know what they're thinking. The technician was friendly & professional while still being personable. Eric was professional and thorough with his work. He fixed a leak in my dishwasher and installed a new faucet and corrected the water pressure in the connections of my washing machine and fixed a toilet as well!! I definitely recommend this company and Eric! Thank you!

Excellent - will be using them again. Just moved into area, called them this morning as I saw they had outstanding reviews. Emily on call was super helpful - and since our issue was urgent - was able to get us in. Called me several times (very on it). Then the tech Eric was on time, helpful and explained the issue. I will be using them again and again. Great company. BTW: also appreciated them using an N-95 mask and booties (without me asking), given what’s going on these days. Thanks Lucky’s.

Had Lucky's Plumbing visit twice in the last few weeks. Once for clogged drain line and once for broken gas line.

They were right on time, fixed the issue quickly and professionally and the prices were quite reasonable.

Highly recommend Lucky’s plumbing. Eric and his helper did excellent work replacing our old plumbing. They arrived on time, did a thorough job and explained each step of the process. Completed the work in 2 days and were respectful of our home.

Eric with Lucky's Plumbing came out today to my home to assess my gas plumbing issue and provide a quote. The options offered to resolve the issue was resourceful and performed at a fair price right on the spot. I would use Lucky's again for sure! Bill.
