I recently had the pleasure of working with Lucky's Plumbing for a project involving the installation of Freeze Miser devices across multiple properties. From start to finish, the service provided was exemplary, and I am truly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency displayed throughout.

We have used Lucky’s Plumbing on two separate occasions and could not be more pleased with the quality, efficiency and value of their work. Attached are photos of our most recent plumbing repair which required patio area excavation and localized sewer line replacement due to a severe blockage and near collapse of a 50+ year old line. The work crews were technically very competent and Brandon and Emily were most helpful and responsive throughout.

Brandon and Emily were great! Very kind and polite. Arrived within the time frame they had set up. They kept their work space clean and made conversation like we were all old friends. They cleared out three clogged drains - one having algae in it from the attic drain. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a friendly plumber with reasonable prices.

I needed a permit because there was some confusion between the City and CenterPoint. Emily was able to get me scheduled right away, and they showed up on time and were very professional.

When they arrived and figured out the situation, they not only helped me find a solution and cleared everything up, they also gave me advice and did not even charge me for the time they spent helping. I was more than willing to pay, but they stuck to their honesty and used their skills to guide me in the right direction. I have used a lot of companies, and it is hard to find a business like Lucky Plumbing that is genuinely out there to help people. Emily even went the extra mile on the phone with the City and CenterPoint to get me to the right department and helped me resolve the issue.

They have definitely earned my business for all my properties, and I know exactly who to call when there is a problem.

Lucky’s Plumbing is hands down the best plumber in Houston. They recently did a whole-house repipe, installed a new water heater, and put in two new toilets at my house, and everything turned out great. Brandon and Emily were professional, on time, and really knew what they were doing.

They explained everything clearly, made sure all the plumbing was up to code, and cleaned up before they left. The water pressure is better than ever, and the new water heater works perfectly.

We have used Lucky's Plumbing for an assortment of repairs, and each time they have been professional, knowledgeable, and timely. They are delightful to talk to and I felt they charged fairly for the services. Past projects include repairing our hose spigot, replacing our garbage disposal, replacing toilet innards, and replacing our toilet's wax ring. The best plumber in houston in my opinion. Had Robert come fix multiple things over the years... he doesn't try to sell you on extra stuff, he is honest, he explains things in a way you can understand, guarantees his work for 1 year and he cleans up afterwards. Like I said, best damn plumber in Houston. ❤

Last Wednesday Beau and Cristian came out to replace our kitchen faucet, they also repiped under the sink better than the builder or any one since, and fixed a commode that was filling slow. When you know what you are doing, it really shows. Everything looks great, the words would be clean, professional, knowledgeable, and the best darn plumbers I have ever seen.. It is not the first time I have used them, and it will not be the last, thanks y'all.

I scheduled an appointment at midnight and Curtis came 13 hours later at 1 PM ahead of schedule. He unclogged my sewer line for a great price. He was friendly and efficient. I will definitely do business with Allen Plumbing again in the future.

Absolutely horrible service. I wish i could give 0 stars! Why should I as a customer have to call 8+ times for service and not get an answer. Then, when I do get an answer and get promised a call back I get nothing! How does this company stay in business with this servcei???

Can anyone call me back with an update? I have been waiting and patient for over 4 months!!! Builder repairs (the first 2 months were builders delay);however, in last 2 months... 2 no shows and 2 canceled appointments!
