Friendly staff and good service

Absolutely awful business owners. You should be ashamed of yourselves. They are encroaching on public sidewalk space and despite the city asking them multiple times to clear their encroachment they have taken months and no action. For your information, us pedestrians should be able to walk through there and not have to cross a 4 lane street just because you are a selfish business. God forbid you even consider putting in a sidewalk like all your other neighbors. You can ride a wheelchair all down Sampson and every property has a sidewalk. Not these guys, they even take up the sidewalk and ignore common courtesy.

Really capable and knowledgeable employees. Job well done and best price with a master plumber and permits.

It's wasn't the best experience only on the phone. The young lady was all over the place and could concentrate on an estimate that I called for.
-
These guys worked their a$$es off to get the job done right. We are just tenants of the place they worked on but we saw they tried hard. We are working to get a place of our own and we will hire them in the future.

The woman who picks up the phone the first time. She picked it up and hung up . I called again, and she was really rude. I was asking when someone could come give me an estimate .
And her reply was
WON'T BE THIS WEEK I TELL YOU THAT. -
Called company Tuesday morning (6/29) and explained problem. I was told plumber would be out that day and would call 30 minutes before arriving. I waited until 4 pm and called to see if plumber was still coming. I was told the appointment could not be kept and scheduled for next day Wednesday 6/30). Same on next day. Appointment rescheduled for Thursday (7/1). When I called expressing my disappointment, operator suggested I call another company. Never was called by company to reschedule service. I did all the reach out.

I believe that the plumber sent to my home to assess and repair leaks of my home took advantage of the fact that I am a young single female to charge me in excess for work that was not completed. The plumber who was assigned to my house left two workers behind to complete the plumbing repairs that he quoted me for. Later one of the workers quoted me $400 extra for additional work. Once the work was completed the invoice written by one of the workers simply said repaired broken pipes. I asked him to put the location of the work. They did not clean up after the repair work that was done and left several large plastic tarps underneath my home.
I am a teacher and first time home buyer and did not anticipate being swindled after Houston has been hit so hard with damages and loss as a result of the winter storm. My family plumber was finally able to make it over to my house two days later. I showed him the photos of the pipes Perez pointed out to me before their repairs. We discovered the alleged 12 foot line ($400 extra) that needed to be replaced was still there untouched. When I called the plumber to report that the work was not completed, he could not give me an explanation of the work that was completed or justify the cost.
Make sure to take a photo of any damage before and after plumbing work is completed. If work was done, it should be described in detail on the invoice provided. Do not make any payments before they have shown you the repairs and have checked running water inside your home. I may not be able to qualify for disaster assistance because the invoice is so vague, don't make my mistake! -
Do not use this company.
This company came to repair a toilet drain for my house last year and I recently found out they disconnected my kitchen drain and never connected it back!
My kitchen sink has been draining under my house in the crawl space this whole time. This is very dishonest and I would never use them or recommend this company

I paid ahead to have the garbage disposal replaced but then I realized it’s covered under my home warranty. I tried to cancel the appointment and get a refund, but I was charged $140 because he went and bought parts ahead of time. If he had actually shown up at 7:30 or 8, which was the plan and had actually looked at things, I’d say that was fair. But, he never showed up—though they told me he did before I said he wasn’t on the cameras—so I was charged 140 for making an appointment and him buying parts that he can return or use on a future project. I tried to negotiate to 100. 140 to actually have him go out and assess things would’ve been easier to swallow—a service fee—but he was only allegedly driving my way when I cancelled. I was the first call of the day, and I am 5mins from their office. It’d be a 1 star review but I think that the prices quoted were reasonable and Amanda was easy to communicate with.

I have been doing business with Perez Plumbing for years. Great job and always on time. Thank You for Your Service

Unsafe and unprofessional installation. Perez Plumbing put metal road covers on our street and left the corners sticking up. Every car that goes over them causes the plates to rock and slam, creating a loud nuisance day and night and a clear risk to tires and rims. This setup does not appear to meet code or standard roadway practice for temporary plates. Residents deserve better—secure the plates properly (flush, stable, and quiet) or restore the pavement immediately.

Manny was on time and communication was tip notch. He addressed the shower issues I was having and with his thoughtful analysis and method attacked the lowest hanging fruit to solve the job! A+ all the way.
Highly recommend TQP!
