The company had a last minute cancellation and was able to squeeze my project in for an earlier time. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and neater than any crew I have had in my yard recently. Mike (sales) and Santiago (the foreman) answered all of my questions in detail. They completed the project and left no mess at all. I was shocked. My yard looked better than when they arrived.

Great company to deal with. Came out and looked at everything first and did a thorough quote. I had a patio that needed to be raised up due to drainage problems and drains placed along the entire length of the house. Once documents were all signed, project was scheduled and completed on time. Really happy with how everything looked and the quality of materials used. Communicated every step of the project. 1 year warranty so if there are any issues I have peace of mind that it will be taken care. Thank you for fixing the serious drainage issues around my house.

Earth Ideas installed drainage around my house. Mike was thorough in the initial walk through and provided feedback and suggestions with the estimate. The day of install, Santiago and the rest of the team were polite and professional and did a great job. After days of rain, even with the mud, they did a nice job of filling in and making the yard look nice after the install.

Recommend Mike and Earth Ideas 100%. They did a great job but more than that they went the extra mile. They took a tree stump out and leveled the ground out. Communication was great through out the process.

Amazing company to hire! They came out, gave an incredibly thorough quote, walked us through the whole process so we understood the work, and they even accommodated our need to have the work done within a few days. They installed a new drainage system in our backyard, where we had issues with the patio flooding and the work they performed is perfect — highly recommended to anyone!!

10/26/23 Update to review:
I wrote the above review prior to the completion of the job. While I stand by what I wrote, it is worth mentioning that the crew broke my incoming water line during final adjustment of the drain line. Now, they made a repair to that water line and it is functioning fine. However, when I have tried to get Earth Ideas to include this repair in the warranty, I have gotten zero response or acknowledgement in writing that it even happened. Therefore, I am downgrading my review by 1 star.

Great work by Earth Ideas installing drainage, cleaning our existing drains and cleaning out our culvert. The guys were friendly, communicated clearly, and even provided proof of tests that they ran to ensure that the drains worked and that the culvert was no longer blocked. They also brought out a large crew of 5 and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend Earth Ideas for your drainage issues.

I had used Earth Ideas at my previous home in Spring for two drainage problems during 2019. They did excellent work then, so when we had a drainage issue in the backyard at our 2nd home in Spring, I thought of them immediately. Mike came out for a plan and the estimate last week and the crew is here today to solve the problem and lay some sod. I love how they bring big crews so that the work is done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

We hired Earth Ideas after noticing water pooling and not draining from under our house. We had a couple different companies come out and Mike was the easiest and most strait forward to talk with. Also their price was the most competitive. We had French drains put in around the entire house with secondary drains for the gutter downspouts. The work was done quickly and to a high degree of quality (2 days). They even offered to make some small touchups we hadnt planned to make things look better. Mike was on site each day making sure the crew followed the plan. Would recommend and hire Earth Ideas again :)

Contacted Earth Ideas after doing some research on companies that specialized in drainage as well as landscaping. Mike came to our home to evaluate the issue. He listened to my concerns and wishes and was very thoughtful in providing alternative solutions. The job included building up and extending the patio with new pavers in our back yard, cleaning out and extending two flower beds and refreshing with new plants, clearing out old rock and refreshing beside the garage, new grass installation in bare areas of the front yard, two new front flower beds, and all new stone borders throughout. The team did an excellent job exceeding our expectations. Jose managed the crew and kept me informed of the status. Mike was here on site off and on and made sure everything was going smoothly to specifications. The crew worked hard and worked as a team to get the job done quickly (2 days start to finish) and beautifully. They cleaned everything up before leaving both days. Highly recommend their services.

Earth Ideas Landscaping did an amazing job at my home today. I obtained 4 quotes for my drainage project and decided to hire Earth Ideas because the scope of the work was tailored to my needs and I really liked the detail of Mike's plan/estimate write up. Very specific, detailed and allowed me to get a visual of what the results would look like. Mike came out and evaluated my project and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to solve my drainage issues. The office staff were great and kept me informed along the way. There pricing is great and they will work with you as well. The day the work was completed, the project lead was very friendly and walked me through the work process. He kept me informed throughout the work and I was very impressed with their attention to detail and thoroughness. For example, the other quotes I received did not include cutting the concrete curb, running the drain pipe under the sidewalk and to the street. I was impressed with even the concrete work they did to replace what was cut out to install the drain. Hard working crew. They were also very careful when digging to ensure my sprinkler system was not affected. If I had questions, he answered them effectively and assured me they would take care of things. I highly recommend Earth Ideas.

Mike and team came out to adjust sprinkler heads, clean a drain, and added sprinkler heads for a future flower bed. I found Earth ideas to be efficient, hard-working, polite and cleaned up after the project. Overall the team did a great job and I look forward to working with Earth ideas in the future.

Within 2-weeks the crew was here to install. They were very polite and very efficient. Installed several catch basins and a sump pump that drained to the street. Finished in 1-day. Worked great with the last heavy rain. Very pleased again with Earth Ideas, and would recommend them to everyone.

If anyone needs a French Drain, Earth Ideas are the people to see. They just finished putting in 2 French drains in our front yard and did a most professional job in just 1 day.
