This company is one of very few that I would ever recommend. Eli did such a great job not only fixing my water heater, but recommended things that I could do to save me money. Most plumbers try to get you to spend more money, but this guy was very honest and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me a bunch of crap I didn’t need. I have recommended him to all my friends and neighbors. It’s hard to find professional and honest people these days who truly care about the work they do. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Save your money and your sanity and go literally anywhere else.
​I called them for a simple leak under my kitchen sink bc they said they were 24/7. Biggest mistake ever. They gave me a window of 8-12 on Tuesday. I took off work to wait. 12 comes and goes, nothing. I call the office and the lady on the phone was SO RUDE, acting like I was annoying her just for asking where they were. Tech finally shows up at almost 5pm. No sorry, no explanation.
​The guy (didn't get his name) walked right in with muddy boots, didn't put on shoe covers even after I asked. He smelled like smoke and looked like he had no idea what he was doing.
​Here’s the scam—I was quoted like $150 on the phone. Guy gets there, looks at it for two seconds and tells me my whole setup is "not up to code" and if I don't fix it my pipes are gonna burst and flood the house. Scared me into agreeing to a $850 job!!! I felt like I had no choice.
​He banged around for maybe 40 mins, was on his phone half the time talking to his girlfriend or something. Then he demands payment right then and there before I could even really look at it.
​Guess what? Two hours later I open the cabinet and there’s WATER EVERYWHERE. He made it worse than it was before! My cabinet wood is all warped now. I called them back crying and the rude lady said since I signed the invoice they aren't liable and if I wanted them to come back out it would be another emergency fee of $250. Are you kidding me???
​I had to call a different plumber late at night to come fix their mess. He showed me where the Bellford guy stripped the threads on the pipe. He actually laughed when he saw what I paid.
​This company is a total rip off. They take advantage of people and do terrible work. STAY AWAY.

Excellent service, came on a Friday (Halloween) right at the time I was told on the phone. Knocked out a new gas water heater install in no time! Would surely recommend this company!
