These guys are getting terrible! I scheduled plumbing trim 3 weeks ahead of time and had to wait one more for them to show up. They must have too much work. Getting them to a job site is hard... Getting them to stay is even harder.

Called for an estimate on getting a gas line capped in the kitchen. Miguel sized it up, got it done quickly and made sure the water hearer was running before leaving. All for half the price of the first quote I got.

Scheduled a job, 2 weeks in the making. Took a lot of coordination with the manager, tenant, etc. Was supposed to get quote by early next week. It was an additional week late. Reached out, no responses. Finally emailed that if I don't get a response I will assume they don't want the work they assured me they could do. Finally responded with they are "too busy" to take on more work. What a waste of time. They work with a small competitor of mine so I am sure they were just trying to secure the work for their partners. Good luck with that.

Even though, I did not have the pleasure of having Strutton work on my plumbing; they were very kind, understanding, and made professional recommendations for other plumbers who might be able to help instead of leaving me on my own.

I called them for a broken water line for my house. I had water gushing out onto the street.. They sent a technician promptly to do the evaluation which was great, but since then haven't responded with a proposal/ estimate for over 24 hours which is disappointing despite making several calls and speaking to the receptionist . Needless to say, I will be calling another plumber.

The guys who came out to help us with our water heater problem quickly diagnosed the issue. They were able to order the right parts and fix the problem timely. Professional service and a fair price.

We've really tried giving this plumbing company a chance to show what type they were based on the reviews but they truly disappointed. They came to assess the problem and then never scheduled us to fix it. They had us waiting for more than a month using their weak promises and using their power as a company to control us to wait and wait. It almost felt like they were playing games and doing it on purpose. When asked should we find another plumber they were never clear and thus kept us falsely hoping that they would come in to fix our problem.
They seem to always find an excuse to not show up whenever we would remind them that we needed to get scheduled. It seemed to me like the discriminated against us.
Anyways we found another plumbing company and they did a great job. Be careful with this company.

These guys are one of the best plumbers if not the best plumbers. I had a clogged up sink.... These guys arrived at my door very respectful put on shoe covers moved my things out from under my sink.... Unclogged the sink and put everything back nice and neat. The plumbers were in and out in 30 minutes...Great Job!

First of all let me say that I usually use a small family-owned company for my plumbing needs, but yesterday I had an emergency and they weren't available. On a recommendation from a friend I phoned Strutton, and am glad I did. The whole process was smooth and everyone I dealt with was courteous. Not sure the minutiae is important to my review for them, but they were knowledgeable and found the source of our multi-apartment problem; they fixed it; they cleaned up afterwards, and were only ever respectful of and to the tenants. Yes, I will use them again. A big thanks to Guillermo and Omar.

Strutton plumbing was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will never use another plumbing company as long as I'm in Houston, TX. They were incredible responsive, personable, and provided quality work at a fair price. Everything you would look for in a plumbing company! They were also very timely in the work they did on our house which is something I have struggled to find while working with other plumbers. Thanks for everything, you have a loyal customer in me!

I never thought I would actually want to hug a plumber! I had a toilet in my house that has been barely flushing for over 3 years. I have probably had ten master plumbers look at over that time frame, and none of them could confidently diagnose the problem. They guessed at expensive fixes ranging from replacing the toilet to replacing the sewer line. Miguel with Strutton Plumbing took the time to do some problem solving, and was able to identify a plug in the jet in the toilet bowl. He cleared it out for me and I now have a functioning toilet for the first time in 3 years! It took him less than an hour. Best money I ever spent!

These guys are the real deal. I called them on a recommendation from a friend, and I'm so thankful they told me about Strutton. I received a bad quote from my prior plumber, so I brought Strutton in for a second opinion. I ended up having to replace all 3 of my toilets. I purchased the toilets through Strutton, which came with a 1 year warranty. Miguel and his partner arrived on time, and once they removed the original toilets, discovered more serious problems that we were previously unaware of. They stayed over 6 hours to ensure the work was completed correctly. I cannot recommend their hard work and dedication enough! I will definitely call them the next time I have a plumbing issue.
